Great for the price
So far great. Iâve baked and used them for prep work. Theyâve held up really nice compared to some cheaper ones Iâve had. One of mine did have a small scratched up area on it but it didnât affect performance. Would definitely buy again.

High Quality, Made in USA, No Chemicals
I paid $31.43 with the 10% coupon. That’s nearly double what you’d pay for a cheap set of non-stick pans at a big box store. But I wanted high quality pans that would last, and I wanted to avoid “non-stick” pans with chemical coatings that will deteriorate and leech into the food over time. As soon as I saw that the Nordic Ware Baker’s Delight 3 Piece Set was Made in USA, I was sold.
The pans are thick, heavier than you might expect from aluminum, and very high quality. I immediately washed them and put them to use. Right away I noticed they cooked evenly, and clean up easily. My rusty old “non-stick” pans from years ago can finally go into the recycle bin.

These pans are good for more than just cookies. They clean fairly easily but do get scratched up a bit over time with usage, and we do use them a lot.

Considero que la marca NordicWare es lo mejor en cuanto a calidad para bandejas de horneado. Hace diez años adquirà una bandeja de la misma marca (de otra serie) y aún sigue en buen estado aún con uso constante. Adquirà este set ya que era más barato que comprar una bandeja half-sheet y una jelly roll por separado. No me decepcionó, cada bandeja es de muy buena calidad y aguantan temperaturas de hasta 260°C. Las tres llegaron sin abolladuras, pero con unas manchitas, las cuales parecen ser detalles estéticos. Las bandejas vienen en una bolsa y pegadas por silicon por la parte de atrásde cada bandeja, el cual es más o menos fácil de remover, pero hay que darle una limpieza con cuidado para asegurarse de que no haya dejado residuos.
El único detalle que le veo es que, al ser de aluminio, no se lleva bien con ciertos ingredientes como lo menciona la nota incluida, por lo que hay que tener cuidado con el uso que le den.
Me parece buena oferta, sobre todo si apenas van a comenzar en la cocina y necesitan un primer conjunto de bandejas.

I bought these after watching the America’s Test Kitchen review and I’m very happy I did. They won’t warp at all since they’re made of decently thick aluminium and they seem to be really easy to clean because they’re so smooth. I haven’t got any patina built up yet so I can’t comment on how easy they’ll be to clean long term but I can’t see any problems so far.
They’re very sturdy and they sides are just the right height to allow decent air flow around your food but also contain mess. I can genuinely say my roast potatos were crispier and easier to turn; aluminium is a better heat conducter than steel so that helps with even cooking and seems to mitigate some sticking.

Ces plaques sont très bien, la plus grande ne rentre pas dans un four standard mais passé très bie pour préparer des ingrédients ou sur un barbecue voire un feu à gaz.
Comme indiqué sur la notice elles sont fragiles… un seul passage au lave vaisselle et vous perdez le beau revêtement elles deviennent toutes abîmés et moches. L’avez les donc systématiquement à la main. Dommage d’avoir une telle fragilité Simon elles sont bien mieux que toutes les autres achetées ici, elles ne se tordent pas sous l’effet de la chaleur, elles se nettoient facilement, bref bon achat si vous en prenez soin.
