Good Product at a Good Price
I have purchased this brand of Vitamin D3 a few times. It seems to work well because using it along with the foods I eat has given me good Vitamin D levels in my bloodwork that my doctors checks occasionally. I do go outdoors a lot in the summer and I drink milk fortified with Vitamin D as well. Yet, because I am older and may not absorb this vitamin as well as a younger person, I still supplement. I live in the middle part of the northern hemisphere where winters are cold, which limits outdoor time. Also, even though my Vitamin D levels are in the normal range, I am never about the mid-range. So, even with good nutrition and supplements, I have just enough, but not too much, Vitamin D.

A “D-3” supplement that actually works
If you do just a few minutes of research you’ll learn how important vitamin D is to our bodies — and NO, sunlight does not trigger sufficient self-production. We have been using this product for 3 years now and vitamin D detection in our blood test are now in the normal range. We pay extra during each annual exam with our doctor to measure for this (lab only charges us $6 out of pocket). Now Foods has become our Go To for vitamins, supplements, essential oils, and even a few food items [highly recommend their “Organic Hot Cocoa” milk chocolate powder]. They are a Christian-owned company with consistently-high quality ratings. Our primary reason for buying this brand is quality and little to no additives (synthetic chemicals).
