Cold function great
Havenât tried heating, but using cool definitely is very soothing and comforting! Great size to get breast and nipple relief with moving positioning! Personally prefer paper towel for more extreme temps, but the velvet barrier is VERY SOFT

Love these!! Comes in a pack of 4, I warm them up in intervals of 8 seconds and turn them each time so they heat up even heat on each side. The balls Grow as they are being heated up so don’t over heat them as they will burst.

Not really for heat
Did as the package said to heat it. I started with 15 seconds and it made no difference in the beads did another 15 seconds and they blew up. I think it would be great for cold but not made correctly for heat.

Great versatility!
I got these for breastfeeding, but so far havenât needed them for that! My kids have used them for more things – one as an ice pack when she accidentally got hit in the face by a baseball and two for a heat pack for growing pains in the evenings. Iâm sure Iâll use them someday on my chest. I will say they are a great size. I only have large cup size when Iâm nursing and I was pleased with the coverage of the ice pack in the places where my milk ducts seem to be.

Beneficial but with one drawback
Iâm not lactating yet, currently pregnant dealing with lots of breast pain. These heated really help bring me relief, and comfort, and the sleeve is super soft. Not a complaint but one thing I was surprised about is how big these are. Donât know why I thought these covered just your nipples, when in fact it covers your whole breast which I like but they are really really big. Iâm a size D, so itâs perfect for me, yet I can imagine it might too big with someone with a small chest. My only complaint is the process to heat these, you can only microwave in increments of 5 seconds and no more than 25 seconds total, which is annoying and you need to keep repeating for long term wear. If you heat them longer they will rupture.
