It works!
This tea really worked for me. Iâve had it 4 times, once a day so far and my supply has increased notably. Full disclosure, I already had a good supply and was making slightly more than what my baby needs, I bought this tea to try and pump a little extra to build a freezer stash for later. I re-steeped the tea bags like the package says you can so Iâve only truly used 2 of the tea bags so far. The second steep doesnât have as much of the berry flavor and is not nearly as purple as the first steep, but the taste is still pleasant and easy to drink. I have been chilling the tea and drinking it ice, but it was good hot as well.

I started to feel like I wasnât producing enough and started to look for something to help. I took my time to read a few reviews and the only con I read was that it was pricey. Honestly Iâve had two tea bags and have been able to use it a whole day to refill my water bottle so a little bag goes a long way. And of course it is working! I havenât pumped because I just latch my baby but Iâm excited to see how much more Iâm producing with this. I can definitely feel the difference forsure. I say buy it !!! The flavor is also good and refreshing.

I bought this and another flavor (cinnamon) from the same brand. This review applies to both.Pros:* Good taste. The berry taste is really nice and fruity. The Cinnamon flavor is like a nice winter-time tea. I like that they donât add licorice to the mixture.* I canât say that this tea solely helps with extra milk production, because I also take lactation cookies and supplements. But it does seem to help, in conjunction with the other products.* I can see that the ingredients are solid, dried fruits and all. Not just a bag of dusty/powdery ingredients.Cons:* Price is expensive compare to other brands. But considering that itâs teaâs quality is good, I wonât complain.* For the price of these teabags, THE STRINGS ARE TOO SHORT!!! Unless one uses a very shallow cup, this teabag would hang oddly on the surface of a regular cup/mug.I it would be nice if the manufacturer could make these with the strings 1-2 inches longer.I added a photo as comparison between this brandâs teabag versus other brandâs.

Best Tea Ever, nearly doubled my pumping supply!
First off, let me start by saying I don’t ever write reviews, but this was so good that I just had to!!This is by far the most delicious tasting tea(let alone lactation tea) I’ve ever had! I ordered the Chai and it is AH.MAY.ZING! No licorice taste at all, super smooth and “zen” if you will.Secondly, I struggle with a huge under supply. I’m a full time working mom on night shift and have tried every golactogogue out there. I do not respond well to pumping, and I was down to about 3-4 oz per pump(total from both sides), every 4 hrs. 5 ONLY if work was busy and kept me over my pumping schedule. I was seriously looking st supplements and powders and pills, etc. and really didn’t want to go down that road. I was eating lactation cookoes(and there for way too much sugar) like crazy, plus MM Tea 3 times a day… This tea changed that!! Within 48 hrs, I saw an increase. Now, after about a week or so, I pump minimum 5oz but usually more, sometimes up to 7 without going hugely over my 4hr window.And thirdly, the purity of this tea is quite obvious in how it steeps. The mesh tea bag and the ability to steep these bags twice and still retain a delicious flavor, is awesome. I drink this twice a day almost without fail so being able to reuse the teabag is a huge perk and makes it an even better buy.Thank you, Oat Mama, I will be buying this tea and only this tea for the rest of my breastfeeding journey. â¡â¡â¡

Tasted great, but it gives me unstoppable heartburn that lasts for days and through multiple tums.I was excited to find a non-mint flavored labor prep tea, but it’s not worth the fire esophagus that follows.

Watery and flavorless
This tea is some of the most watery and flavorless teas I have ever had! I steeped it for half an hour and taste nothing. Definitely not spiced chai. How on earth are you supposed to double steep something so dilute to begin with??!Very disappointed in this product, especially because there are many delicious and CHEAPER lactation teas out there. I wish I could return this, but since I can’t, I’m brewing them all in a pot and hoping for at least a couple of drinkable mugs worth.I do not recommend. Stay away!!
