Cuts Through Matts Like Butter!
I have a long haired, very thick coated cat. To the point that I am forced to shave him down every couple of months because brushing (even on a regular basis) does nothing to keep the matts away. I am hairstylist and mastet barber and have access to some of the best professional clippers on the market. That being said, even to get him groomed with the “lions cut” would cost $100 a month every couple of months to take him to the groomers. I have every respect for what groomers charge, as I am in a similar industry and get the cost of labor, tools, products etc. So not complaining about that, its just simply not in the budget. So I do it myself, and even with access to the best professional clippers on the market–for human use and animal use–it is a nightmare of a process every couple of months. I was finally to a point that I he wouldn’t let me get near his stomach area or his behind area, which most cats hate so he’s not alone there. But, over time when you can’t cut it, the matts became unreal. I needed to figure out what to do for him because I knew this was not only very uncomfortable I’m sure, but not sanitary for him, either. So I started researching new clippers. I was very skeptical about these at first, especially because they were so low in cost. But, I am EXTEMELY happy I took a chance. These clippers blew my professional oster clippers out of the water! They cut through all of his hair, all of the monster matts included like BUTTER. It also helped that they are supet quiet so they weren’t scaring my cat while running, either. They fit perfectly in the hand whether you are left or right handed and are very light weight. They also hold a charge for a good while. I was able to shave him completely within about 25 mins and still had 70% life on them. They come with attachments and a set of scissors and a comb. Well worth the price, and you honestly already can’t beat the price. I went into thinking for the price if they don’t work I won’t be overly upset about it. Now its the best $30 I ever spent for my Tuna! Hit buy now! Do it!

Great device and customer service
This trimmer works great! Long battery life, quiet and it comes with a good amount of attachments. Within a little over a year I had a short in the battery or something, it wouldn’t turn off! I emailed the company and spoke with Sue, who helped me file my lifetime warranty and within a week, I had a brand new trimmer at my door to replace the broken one! Great machine, and even better customer service. Thanks sue!

I picked this one because it is cordless, powerful and has replaceable blades available. I felt $30 (after coupon) was a great value for the money!I have used it twice now for my super long haired Nebelung. He started getting matts lately and they just got out of hand for his grooming. He’s feisty so its hard to groom him.I have been using a matted hair comb and hair cutting scissors but, the comb pulls too much and the scissors are so sharp I worry I will nick him.We got a $450 quote for a sedated medical grooming at the vet but we can’t afford that right now. So, we bought these clippers and I’m so happy we did!It works really well! It’s not silent so he knows it’s coming but it’s not loud enough to initially scare him. I was able to shave his back and sides in 2 sessions.I do small sections at a time where hebis matted so it doesn’t tug on him. The clippers can shave pretty much all the hair off so if I’m not using an attachment I keep the fine tuning blade as long as possible. I dont want to knick him The fine tuning for blade height us great. Being able to clean under water is awesome!My husband holds the cat with leather gloves while I shave. That seems to be easiest.But so far, so good!!
