    Great taste
The two best things about this product are the cool bottles and the flavor of the liquid. It’s fruity and quite frankly it’s delicious and I wish I could figure out what flavor it is because there’s got to be a juice or something up there with this flavor. But I can’t really read the box since most of it is assumably in Korean? It is made in Korea so I’m going to assume that’s what the unfamiliar writing is.This box contains 10 bottles with lids on them that contain two tablets each. These are really easy to use because you can just use the liquid to take the pills. And as mentioned earlier it is quite good and seems to be a mix of mango and peach flavors. The list of vitamins and minerals is quite extensive and also the list of herbs included in the tablets was quite the surprise as that want mentioned in the original listing! The tablets contain lemon balm, garlic, turmeric and peppermint leaf which I find very interesting and quite contradictory, but all in all I did enjoy using this product. I do not think I will buy it again because there’s only 10 days worth and the box which would be quite expensive to take every day. 1 star down for cost but otherwise it’s a great product.

Delicious and packed with nearly all your vitamins & minerals. Potentially expensive.
This is a fantastic 10-day supply of supplements, divided into daily bottles that are loaded with almost all the essential vitamins and minerals your body requires to stay healthy. Each daily bottle has a top compartment that contains 2 pills, while the bottle below contains around 20 mL (just over 1 tablespoon) of the liquid supplement. The 2 pills contain vitamin A, B5 (pantothenate), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate), C, D3, K, iron, manganese, and copper. The liquid in the bottle contains vitamins B1 (thiamine), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxamine), and E. Notably absent are vitamins B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cobalamin), as well as calcium. Note that the listing claims there is calcium, but this mineral is not listed in the supplement facts. The ingredients list includes calcium pantothenate (B5) and something called algae calcium. Given there is only 10.7 mg pantothenate, then there’s at most 10.7 mg of calcium that comes with it. However, most people need 1,500 mg of calcium per day, so this is less than 1% of your recommended daily allowance. Algae calcium is not likely to add much more, which is probably why this product doesn’t list the amount of calcium per serving. The 2 pills are tiny, compared to the pile of giant supplements I normally take, and they go down very easily. I chased them with the liquid in the bottle, which isn’t much. The flavor is quite good and tastes like mango with some peach and citrus mixed in. I love mangos, so the flavor was right up my alley. It’s a tiny bit sweet, due to the stevia and sucralose, but the volume is so small that the taste fades from your palate quickly and becomes an afterthought by the time you’ve discarded the bottle. Speaking of bottles, the packaging may turn people off since there seems like a lot of waste just to take your vitamins. Another issue may be the price. $3 per day is an awful lot for vitamins and minerals. I personally buy huge bottles in bulk from Costco and then portion them out in reusable weekly pill cases, because it’s cost effective and generates very little waste. Then again, I exercise without a gym membership and don’t spend a ton on dedicated athletic clothing. However, this might fill a need for someone else and let’s face it, there are worse things to blow your money on than vitamins.Overall, I do recommend these supplements because they’re convenient and easy to take. This might be important if you have a sore throat from an illness and are having trouble swallowing. There’s an issue with packaging waste and cost per day, but your health is also a priority that deserves equal consideration. Just keep in mind that you will want to ensure that you’re getting enough vitamins B2, B12 and calcium, since this supplement is missing those.

    Interesting, but expensive
So, $30 for a 10 day supply of anything is not great – I have to deduct a star for this, unfortunatelyI very much appreciate that the company lists both ‘ Manufactured for ‘ AND ‘ Manufactured by ‘ on the box, AND gives info on each party (These are Manufactured By a healthcare company, by the way) – Thank you very much for that transparency — 5-Stars for thatTo my current knowledge, Korea (Where these are made) has a very good reputation regarding production/trustworthiness — 5-stars for thatI have very little knowledge about vitamins, vitamin functions, vitamin-y ingredients, and so on. I can’t rate based on any of that. BUT I can say that this vitamin combo did not upset my stomach, or give me any negative side effects. I think I actually felt a boost of energy after taking them (And that’s coming from a chronically skeptical person)I actually like this combo idea of pills + liquid. The pills are very easy to take because you have a liquid right there to wash them down. The liquid tastes pretty good too, not medicinal like you might expect, somewhat pineapple-y(?) And, on a childish note, these make you feel kind of like an alchemist taking a magic potion because of the whole vial-like design 😀 Wasteful? Sure. Cumbersome? Maybe. But still, magic potion

As a supplement, taste and form are fine. The benefits are questionable
I don’t believe most supplements work, so I tend to review on the basis of the form, taste, and ease of use. This is a science experiment. Or at least it looks like one. When you open it, you will find a vial topped with a container. The vial contains liquid. The container is for the pills. It seems you take them together, otherwise this packaging makes no sense. The liquid is fine. Fruity. The pills are pretty standard vitamin pills – you won’t hate the taste if they linger on the tongue but it’s not a great taste either. The health benefits are doubtful. Supplements have been shown to have moderate effects in some people, and this product does contain some of the more positively viewed vitamins, BUT it also contains vitamin A, which can increase the risk of lung cancer in smokers. I am not saying this product WILL give you lung cancer; I am saying that anything with a medically-measurable effect can also have side effects and vitamins are no different. You should not be taking anything like this without guidance.Consult your doctor before taking something like this for any length of time. Random doses of vitamins are unlikely to do anything, but ongoing use of supplements should be undertaken with the knowledge of your primary care physician.
