Slim and easy to swallow
Let’s be honest, dudes just aren’t great at swallowing large things, like huge horse pills for example. I bought these for my husband who struggles to swallow more than one tiny itty bitty pill at a time, meanwhile I can double-fist an entire handful of whatever vitamin concoction I take each day in one swallow. Needless to say these are slim and he has no problem taking them. Getting good nutrition and finding a multivitamin to help you with your overall health is super important. ON has been a staple brand in our house for years and has helped us on our wellness journey. These vitamins are a good quality and value for your money. I highly recommend.
