This works wonders. I was 125lbs started this and I’m now 140lbs in 3 weeks and i didn’t even take the suggested 2 scoops per serving twice a day. I went from an xs to a sml in clothing size. I did 1 scoop per serving only once per day. The taste is great, it blends out very smoothly. Itâs the only protein powder iâve tried and got such fast results. Itâs worth the hype!!! Itâs not hard to drink and doesnât leave me with an off feeling in my stomach after consuming. I add 1 scoop protein powder, 1 ripe banana, 1 table spoon of peanut butter to 1/2 or 1 cup %100 creamed milk.

Effective for helping me keep my weight in check. I’d advise drinking this with milk and using a mixer cup, good amount of protein inside the product. If mixed in a cup and by hand not really going to work so it’s mixability is meh.The taste is alright; texture is alright.A bit of a pain to clean up.

I gained about 10 pounds so far since I bought this. I take 1 scoop with milk per day every other day in my 24oz electric shaker and drink it as I do my lifts. Still on the first bag but I am already 10 pounds heavier and it looks like it didn’t all just go to my gut either.This stuff works good if you are skinny like me and pair it with other sources of protein (real food and protein snacks). I am 6 foot tall and went from 135lb to 152lb, I started taking this at around 140lb and still have a decent amount of the first bag left since I only take half portions every other day with milk.The taste is pretty good its like strawberry milk but I will say you have to turn your electric shaker or blender on a bit longer because its so much powder otherwise you will get chunks. I don’t have chunking issues with other powders in this electric shaker but I think its just the sheer amount of powder thats the problem and you will get that with any of these mass gainer products.

Iâll try to keep it short.I used this product for about two years almost entirely consistently while working out six days a week- weight training.I definitely saw an improvement as far as muscle mass goes using this product-BUT a very big caveat is that it gave me some back acne that never really went away no matter how I tried to treat it. The only way it goes away is when I go off the muscle mass for a few weeks.Another thing I think is important to know is that some flavors have 3 g of creatine per portion versus other flavors who have 5 g of creatine per portion.(Vanilla and chocolate have 3 g, other flavors have 5 g of creatine).

Als Hardgainer, der schlecht an Gewicht zulegt, habe ich mich, wegen der immensen Zeitersparnis, für einen weight gainer entschieden.Da die meisten weight gainer total uberzuckert sind und man dadurch nur Fett einlagert, habe ich nach einem Produkt mit sehr wenig Zucker und hochwertigen Kohlenhydraten gesucht. Serious mass von Optimum nutrition gibt mit genau das was ich gesucht habe. Zu den hochwertigen Carbs sind noch viele Proteine und Aminosäuren wie glutamin enthalten.Zum Geschmack: ich habe viele Rezensionen gelesen und habe herausgefiltert, dass Schokolade wohl ganz ok sein soll. Somit habe ich auch Schokolade bestellt und kann sagen,dass es mehr als okay ist. Definitiv schokoladig, nicht zu süà und überhaupt nicht mehlig! Auch das Klumpen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich habe es mit einem Mixer mit Wasser gemacht und hatte 0,0 Klumpen. Mit Milch 0,3% war es genauso. Da muss man evtl die Schuld auf den Mixer und nicht auf das Produkt schieben!Krass ist natürlich der Messbecher. Ich habe noch nie so einen groÃen Messbecher gesehen, den ich sogar zweimal voll machen muss. Aber ok,man will ja auf die Kalorien kommen.Durch die Menge die man für einen shake braucht, wird die Dose also relativ schnell leer sein. Das ist das einzig negative!Ansonsten ist dies der hochwertigste weight gainer, den ich kenne, der nicht durch Zucker, sondern durch hochwertige Kohlenhydrate glänzt. Ich komme damit prima auf meinen Ãberschüss und wenn ich nach dem Training mal nicht kochen kann, bin ich durch den Shake nahezu perfekt versorgt, denn er füllt meine Glykogen – und Proteinspeicher. Geschmack in Schokolade ist lecker! Werde ich wieder kaufen!!
