The fact that it seemed to boost my comfort after meals was another thing that I loved about it. When I eat on the run or experiment with different things, I often find that I am somewhat uncomfortable or that I am feeling a little bit overfull. After a period of prolonged usage, I noticed that the sense of being heavy became less noticeable. On a regular basis, I used this solution, and as time went on, I saw that my regular meals were easier to handle. When I initially started using this supplement, I had some negative experiences for a few days. Occasionally, I had a fleeting period of moderate nausea immediately after the consumption of it. On the other hand, I discovered that modifying my timingâtypically taking it with breakfast or a snackâseemed to completely eradicate that problem. Even though those instances were a little bit difficult, they did not persist for very long, and I was able to find out the most effective technique to include it without any pain that lasts for an extended period of time. Do you like to taste garlic and oregano when you belch, for hours?
If you like garlic and oregano, this is the supplement for you. The smell from this supplement certainly is of garlic, but when you take them it isnât too bad. However, after a half hour or so, you start to belch and it tastes and smells like youâve just had some garlic heavy Italian food. I canât say this is bad as I like garlic and Italian food, but it doesnât pair with everything and can be off putting if you are hanging around a significant other who isnât a fan of garlic breath.This supplement comes as a golden yellow colored liquid in a gel capsule. The capsules are on the smaller side and very easy to swallow. The capsules are in a clear plastic container with a screw on cap, but being clear you will want to store this in a dark place to protect from light.

The pills smell very strong of garlic.
I received this bottle of oregano capsules late first off. I opened the bottle to take them and WOW the smell of garlic was so strong. I went ahead and took one to see if they would affect me and WOW did they. I started burping about 20 minutes later and my husband said he smelled the odor. The burping continued for a couple of hours. So glad I didn’t take 2 caps like it said. I would not recommend this product. I was going to send it back, but Amazon said no return. So don’t waste your money. I didn’t do the overall rating by stars because no 0. I will make sure from now on to make sure no garlic or burpless.

Not the most effective
Typically, I purchased long tonic, and I find that a lung tonic with Osha root is the most effective. But somebody recommended this. I am not seeing much difference in lung function or getting rid of the cough/cold. Not to mention you burp the garlic and oregano for hours afterwards. I will go back to my lung tonic when the bottle is gone.
