Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine!Whenever I choose to lose a few pounds, I almost always work Forskolin into my routine.This product’s main ingredient, Forskolin, is the star of the show here.It helps to curb my appetite a little bit, and with the extra ingredients, makes this supplement quite handy in accomplishing that feat.Albeit as small amounts, the co-stars of this supplement basically are all in this together to work synergistically.This supplement is GMP-Certified (for quality control) and the 2-month supply in this bottle is quite convenient for me.Standardized to 20% forskolin, this product meets all of my “shed a few pounds” criteria.There appears no leakage in the capsules and have no odor whatsoever.A very nice addition to the ingredient list is Black Pepper Extract, which is used for absorption.I am a bit confused in the quantity of capsules, though. The bottle says 120-count, but the website description states 90-count. I haven’t counted the number of capsules in the bottle, so I’ll find out when I run out whether it was 90 or 120.Other than that, this is a solid combination of ingredients for my weight management.This supplement hasn’t upset my stomach and appears to be somewhat efficient in reducing my cravings after a few days of taking this, especially in the afternoon.I suggest speaking to your doctor to see if this supplement can be worked into your own routine.

I’m really pleased to receive a full 60 day supply of the Forskolin Supplement. That is a good amount of time to be able to truly evaluate if it’s working. Thus far, I’m also pleased that taking two capsules in the morning does not upset my stomach even just taking with coffee. This is important because I don’t always eat breakfast. I also like that they don’t have a smell or leave an after-taste. The ingredients are impressive and includes more than just Garcinia Cambogia. I sometimes get discouraged and quit taking supplements, but I’m going to give this one the full 60 day treatment as they were kind enough to include such a generous amount.

Garcina cambogia and some bonus ingredients
I ordered this mainly as a weight-loss supplement. Along with the Forskolin and Garcinia Cambogia, it has an interesting combination of other ingredients, including a few that I’ve never heard of (Gymnema Sylvestre and Fenugreek Seed).All those ingredients packed into one product makes for a relatively large capsule — and a daily dose is two capsules. I’m most interested in its ability to suppress my appetite. I haven’t noticed a significant change yet, perhaps because the amount of Garcinia Cambogia is relatively low. As with most supplements, it will take at least a few weeks or months before I can tell if all these ingredients are delivering on their claims.

Well packaged, but I’m not sure it is doing anything.
I have been taking it for a few days as directed, but haven’t noticed any change to my appetite. Perhaps I am not susceptible to the concoction of natural ingredients. I will update this if something changes.

The pills are a little large have a pepper taste, but not too hard to swallow one by one. All information you want ro know is on the bottle like where it is manufactured and certifications etc.. I did feel a little energetic using these but beyond that I haven’t noticed any other effects.
