This little piece of tech has changed my life. Iâm genuinely not sure what to say. No other piece of tech I have tried including uber expensive smart watches compare to the Oura ring. I have awful chronic insomnia, my thorough research and recommendations from others led me to this.Highly accurate algorithmic monitoring for sleep, activity, stress, resilience, vitals, built in meditations, quick charging, multi-day battery, easy connectivity, ad infinitum. In my two year experience, the ring does everything Oura advertises and more. The ring quantifiably proved the pharmaceutically mediated insomnia therapy is working, Iâd rather be holistic but nothing works and the ring proved that to the numerous cynically skeptical specialists and psychs. *Chefâs kiss*

Seems Accurate
Iâve been wearing my Oura ring every day and night for a little over 3 months and it seems very accurate. Iâm usually skeptical of wearable monitoring devices, but often try them nonetheless, so I use several different ones, along with non-wearable, more accurate monitors to compare reliability. The Oura seems to be spot on with my sleep, stress, and activity. Itâs always detected my naps and routine âworkoutâ activities (I created a label for my strenuous every day activities). Those are really the only stats I look at. Battery life is pretty good (mine usually needs charging nearly every 3-4 days). Itâs very stylish and comfortable. I like the pulse ox and heart monitors as well. It works very well with the Apple Health app and integrates seamlessly. The Oura App is also very well designed and functions perfectly. I have not been very careful with my ringâIâve dropped it twice on a hard tile floor and I also wear it while working with power tools and while doing light construction/carpentry/craft work and it has held up exceptionally well. I also have worn it while washing my hands, but take it off during bathing/showering. When I first purchased it, I wore a silicone ring over it for protection, but it was too bulky. Overall, I am very happy with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. I love the sleep tracking with my Apple Watch, but sadly, it needs to be on the charging dock at night, so that feature is pretty useless for me. The Oura, however, is perfect.

Iâve had the Oura ring for a month now and I love it so much! I had wanted this ring since it first came out but could never afford it. Now that you can use your FSA/HSA, it is possible. Since I used mine, I went with my favorite color rose gold. The color itself is gorgeous but not a true rose gold. Itâs more of a true gold. Doesnât matter because itâs beautiful and so functional. I look forward to waking up and checking my stats on the app. It is so accurate too! I thought I was getting a bit sick one day and it told me to take it easy so it picked up on the changes within my body. The sleep tracking is what I mainly got the ring for. I have trouble tossing and turning all night and this ring picks up on my sleep cycles. It will give suggestions of when you should go to sleep to get a better nightâs rest. It is pretty comfortable to sleep with as well. Doesnât bother me at all.Choosing the right size of ring is very important. Since our fingers do tend to swell in our sleep and with the weather. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a size 8 but with the sizing kit, I found I had to size up to a 9. Even when my finger has swelled, itâs not uncomfortable at least for me.I have seen a lot of people being put off on the monthly subscription. Although it would be nice not to have to pay for one, I donât mind it.As far as the work out option, I havenât gotten a chance to test it. I do feel it needs better options to choose from with the workout options they have. If it were more like the options on my Apple Watch, it would make it even better. I also feel the period tracking could be better. Itâs very basic. Just lets you choose a start date and your flow. This is what I wish Oura could put more effort into tweaking on the app. Its period predictability is pretty spot on. But why should we have to use a separate app if we want to get a more detailed breakdown of our menstrual cycle?I know there are other competitors with more reasonable pricing but Oura really is the way to go. I was able to easily put in my order here and got it the next day! Donât order through the Oura site though. I had an order on their site that was taking forever to get any updates on my order and as it turns out, they were so backed up because they were busy fulfilling their Amazon contract. So just cancelled with them and ordered here and it worked out. If youâre debating on getting one, just do it!

Great Health Tracker, but Sleep Detection Needs Improvement
Iâve been using the Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon for a while now, and overall, Iâm really impressed. Itâs sleek, comfortable, and barely noticeable on my finger. The health tracking featuresâespecially heart rate, activity, and readiness scoresâare insightful and help me stay on top of my wellness. The battery life is also great, lasting about 4-5 days on a single charge.However, one issue Iâve noticed is that the sleep tracking isnât always accurate. If Iâm lying in bed using my phone before sleep, the ring sometimes assumes Iâm already asleep, which slightly skews my sleep data. Also, it doesnât detect naps in my car. It would be great if this could be improved in future updates.Aside from that, itâs an excellent wearable for anyone looking for a health tracker. Definitely worth considering!

Very happy with the ring, use it everyday. I love all the features it offers. Very cool to see my sleep schedule, and especially stress level!Battery last around 4-6 days, which is good I think. I love that it isnât a bulky watch. Not sure if itâs really good at measuring physical movement and burned calories.

Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el dÃa, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedoâ¦. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga caracterÃsticas de mà persona que desconocÃa.
