Great poster at a great price
I love how they have the targeted regions on the workouts. I wish they had an option to select exactly which poster you want instead of looking through all the bundles, doesnt make much sense to flood the store with a bunch of random poster bundles.

Nice workout plan
These posters are a nice size and are nicely laminated. I don’t love that they are double sided because one side is useless if you hang them on the wall. Out of the 3 posters, I only have one that I like to look at both sides of it. I do feel like they all include some great workout guides. Perfect for a small home gym.

Needs to be single sided
There are work outs in both sides which is good but if you want to hang the posters you canât see the other side.

These were perfect for my wall space. I love that they are laminated and you have 2 options on how you can hang them, up and down or you can flip them over and hang them side to side. The pictures are clear and show you what muscle group each move works. I would definitely buy them again!
