The perfect addition to your microbakery
These make life so much easier for making bread! When you take the bread out, they are still pretty hot to the touch so I still use my oven mint to take them out but I think they work really really well it says to not put them in past 230°C but I found that they still work in a higher temperature. I bake my bread at 500°F and thereâs no melting or burning of the plastic so I think theyâre very good quality.

It does okay for beginner⦠yet if dough is too heavyâ¦
If Dough is too heavy I will use parchment paper underneath this dough lifter.It is affordable yes. Very easy to clean. Doesnât burn ⦠it has browned a bit on the lifting handles part over time.It has NOT ever once stuck to the dough if it falls into the Dutch oven ( thankfully it never has).Itâs a good purchase for those new to dough/bread making.I do have the bottom of the doughs brown too much though. Thatâs why I gave 3 out of 5 stars.
