This portable gear is perfect for hiking, camping, travel, fishing, outings, and emergency preparedness. The set comes with two water filters and one filter cartridge, providing a reliable and convenient way to ensure access to clean drinking water in various situations. Great Quality Personal Water Filters
Just holding and looking at these personal water filter straws by Semmerfeld one can see the quality of the water filters. This review is for the two pack which also came with an extra set of internal filter elements. Love the way these straws look; almost high tech. These filter straws can be disassembled for cleaning. The PES Hollow Fiber Membrane and active carbon filter can be removed for cleaning or for replacement. These filter straws can be attached to a standard water bottle for filtering. These filters can also be used in an gravity water filtering system. Each end of the personal water filter straw ends have snug caps. These personal filter water straws seem easier to suck through than other straws I have used. These straws are a little bigger in diameter than other straws I have used but I think the bigger diameter make the straws easier to draw water through. There is a clear section in the straws so you can see the water flowing through the straw. Each straw comes with a lanyard with a carabiner clip to attach to the straw.These personal water filter straws remove solids, plastics, sand, and heavy metals down to 0.5 Microns from the water source. The internal filters will remove impurities & sediments, solid particles, odor & chlorine, tiny organisms, harmful substances, heavy metals, and organic chemicals.It is advertised that these personal water filter straws are capable of filtering 1,321 Gallons/5,000 Liters of water. These values will of course depend on the quality of water being filtered.At the time of this review, this two pack of Semmerfeld Personal Water Filters were selling for $14.99 which makes the cost of each straw $7.50. This is a great price for two high quality water filters and an extra set of internal filter elements. I have not tested these filters but based upon the quality of construction and the filtering elements included, I have faith they will filter as advertised. I do a lot of hiking and will be including one of these filters in my pack. These water filter straws really do look cool and high tech.

Perfect for outdoors and travel always nice to have a backup source for clean water when your in a pinch and having 2 pack is an added bonus.
