Perfect for those with cats and smaller, lighter animals.
I am loving this furniture protector! While it did not come fully put together, it is very easy to fit the elongated pillow tube into the slots on each end and zip and tuck until it is completely enclosed. I actually really like this design because I can take the pillow out and just wash the blue part or if necessary wash the pillow part.The blue material feels kind of like a a quilted sheet that is sown very nicely to a sturdier courser, material that has anti slip raised dots on the back. The backside does a great job of keeping the protector in place and the blue material feels soft and comfortable against my palms.As for how well this will hold up, I believe it will hold up very nicely for cats and small dog owners. I’m not so sure about dogs with thicker nails as this is not a heavy duty material. I have a rear cargo quilted protector for the back of my car that is made of a heavier soft canvas like material that is lso soft and quilted and padded but it is absolutely built for hauling large dogs and maybe even goats lol! This protector is not nearly that heavy duty but with three cats, this works perfectly for me, hince the 5 star rating. With that said, I can’t say I would recommend a larger version of this exact pad for larger, heavier dogs because the blue material is so light and with the quilting, I feel like thicker nails will tear it quite easily.So, while I did receive this product free in exchange for my open and honest review, I can absolutely say I would buy this for my couch because I have 3 cats and I trim their nails regularly. I recommend this for anyone with small, lighter pets who are looking to protect their furniture. I do not recommend this, or a larger version of this pad for anyone with large breed dogs, not unless the blue material is a thicker more canvas like quality as I don’t really see it being able to hold up very long to animals with heavier weight and thicker nails.

A great product but a little big
The small is too small, the medium too big. I really needed something in between. That being said, I really like it. The bolster protects the sofaâs back and arm as well as the seat (important since the sofaâs new). More important, Frankie, our Jack Russel, loves it. Took to it right away.

Review update: the cover sheet has been washed maybe 3 or 4 times and its completely fallen apart. I’ve washed the pillow once and itd remained in tact but no longer useful now that the sheet is destroyed. The zipper started to fall apart after the second wash. Very disappointed because this was such an awesome bed for our pup.This is one of those things that you dont know you need until you have it. Its the perfect size for our 25 pound puppy. we used it on our couch at first but our dog (and daughter) are constantly up and down, up and down so we moved it to her sleeping area instead. It is exactly the size of 4 Northstates gate panels. We’ve already washed it twice and its still like new.

This Fits My Double Rocker Perfectly
This Pet Furniture Protector comes with the 3 Sided Bolster, but you need to insert it into the zippered area first. To wash the furniture protector, you will need to remove the 3 Sided Bolster first. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.I wouldn’t call this Pet Furniture Protector plush, but it is adequate. It fits my double rocker perfectly.The pad is waterproof, but I wouldn’t count on this to be enough to protect your furniture, if you have a pet that has accidents, to me it’s more to protect your furniture from pet hair, and maybe a little dirt.

And here it sits. She hasn’t even gotten up on that couch that she spent all morning long whining about. Anyway, she is sitting on my couch now. Maybe she just wanted attention. Anyway, it was easy putting the bolster in the protector and I just put it on the couch. I need to straighten it up some, but it is there and she will be sitting in it before the day is out.

Good for those rainy days
This worked out well for our new couch, especially because the backyard tends to collect water so the dogs end up a bit muddy sometimes and we aren’t always quick enough to bar them from the couch. So we placed this in the middle where the dogs usually sit with us and hoped for the best.Luckily (or unluckily) it rained the other day and the pups had some damp paw pads. It had rained so lightly that I hadn’t thought much about it until the dogs jumped up and I felt their damp coat. But it wasn’t a deal breaker because they were contained to this little bed so any mud and/or dampness stayed off our couch.It also has a flap of material hanging over the front of the couch in case your dog scrambles to get up. This prevents them from marking up the front of your couch as well as the seating area.To finish it off, after the summer sun soaked up most of the rain and everything was dry again, it was quick work to get the new bed clean too. It’s really easy to clean and we just tossed it in with some soap and it came out perfect and ready to be placed back on the couch.Overall, a great bed for the dogs and a better alternative for those of us who love our pets but also want to keep our sofas clean!

I like the whole idea of this product. Simple, washable and the colors. For my mothers couch the bolsters are not going to leave her big cat much room. My cats love it though. I may have to look at another one for my mom.

Fur Magnet and Thin Bottom
I had great expectations when I got this for my big siamese cat. After receiving it, we found the quality to be lacking. To make the matter worse, he refused to sleep on it but peed on it the first day. We couldn’t understand why, but later, we guessed he might have thought this is his new litter box. We felt sorry to have to get rid of it and he seems to be happy sleeping in his old bed.
