Cats water fountain wouldn’t stay slime free until I used this, now I never see slime at all. Saves time and washes.

A must have
I’m disabled and not always able to get to, and clean my pets’ drinking fountain like I want to. Sometimes, it’s a week before I’m able to get it done. So we bought a very expensive, very large fountain with a double filtration system to keep the water clean and fresh. And it worked great. That being said, by the end of the week, we were still having a bit of gunk form around the edge of the bowl. I love my hairy little gremlins too much for that to be okay by me, so I looked up additives to help reduce that grossness. I feel like this works. I don’t have any hard evidence to say that it does, but I feel like the fountain stays cleaner and fresher long when I use this. I’ll continue to use this.

Amazing!
I have a water fountain style bowl for my four dogs that holds 5 gallons of water however I live on a 15 acre farm and we have well water so it tends to get a little green and stinky. Since I purchased these drops and started using them every morning when I clean out the water bowl, I have never had slimy, green water again. This was a great purchase, and it is now part of my subscribe and save!

I was the biggest skeptic…..
I was the biggest skeptic, but thought I would give it a try. My cats love it! I think they drink more water now than they did before. It keeps it from getting slimy for 2 full weeks! I’ve never been able to go that long in between cleanings. It’s been hectic with holiday things, and I forgot about the fountain. I went to get it to clean it after about 2 week or 3, even, and my cat happened to be drinking, right when I went to get it, so I know the water was still fine and clean. When I scrubbed the inside of the fountain, it barely had a tiny bit of a slimy feeling. Not like before! I will will buy this stuff forever! 🙂

Taste and smell
These drops are excellent to keep the water fountain dish free from slime and very clean however beware that your pet may not like the taste in the water. It does not have a smell however my cat refused to drink any water since I have been putting in these drops. I decided to experiment and I took a taste of water from a glass after putting a very small small drop in. It tasted very salty and the water was very soft. Now I understand why my cat refused to drink. I had to get her a different water fountain as she correlated the awful taste with that fountain.

I was surprised by how well these drops worked!You should change the filter (if itâs a filtered water fountain) first, but I didnât, just because I was curious. There was some slight film developing.Within hours of putting in correct amount of drops, there was no visible film!! NONE!But then I cleaned the bowl, changed out the filter and water, and reapplied drops appropriately. Itâs been a little over the week and I mean nothing visible has built up.For reference, I use a stainless steel water fountain, which helps. But it still developed film within days until I started using this!

My water is gross so I got this for my pets water fountain. It was getting slimy with weekly cleaning. It was wild. Once I started using this, it went away and my cat loved it. I like that it helps with his dentals and I can really tell he is getting good water

Longevity
I have 2 yorkiepoos and 1,15 year old cat. I purchased these water drops September 2022. I have a 96 oz pet fountain and everyone drinks from it. Deep clean once a week, filter change once every 2-3 weeks. When deep clean I add 12-13 drops. If I add 8 oz of water daily to replenish water level I add one drop. If I replenish with 16 oz of water than I add 2 drops etc. I am just about ready to order my second bottle. My dogs and cats breath smell a billion times better than before, it did take 3 months of consistency for results to happen. I noticed a lot of reviews on this product being expensive but for me I pay $20.00 and this will be my second order that will be placed end of July 2023, so I find it very inexpensive. I’ve noticed results so I know my usage is correct. I have included a pic.of bottle to show how much has been used since my first purchase in Sept 2022. Hope this helps! ð

I was surprised to find this really does stop the slime from forming in the cats water fountains making them a bit quicker to clean. A bit on the pricey side.
