Love this litter!
I bought the PetSafe automatic litter box because I didn’t want to have to constantly scoop a litter box. When you buy it, it comes with a disposable tray full of this litter. Unfortunately, the disposable trays are pretty pricy, but PetSafe sells a reusable tray, so I got that and purchased this. Definitely worth it! I very RARELY smell poop or urine, there’s no dust, and it’s very easy to clean up if it gets flung out of the box. It does start to turn a little yellow after it’s been used, but it continues to work as advertised. I also bought litter tray bags and liners, so when it’s time to dump the waste bin, I can just bag it all up and toss it out at once.It says it’ll last for about 2+ weeks for two cats. I generally toss it at a week and a half, but only because the poop bin is full and I don’t want to take the time to separate it.Most importantly, my kittens love it, so I will definitely continue to purchase.

Absorbs odor, very light, looks nice; works fantastic with PetSafe litter box
This litter is AMAZING!!! I have tried every litter out there, even Pretty Litter and The World’s Best Litter. Everything disappointed, except for this. I only purchased it because I bought the PetSafe self-cleaning litter box (which I love! But purchased at PetSmart instead of on Amazon). The PetSafe self-cleaning litter box is the best! I went through two (2!) Litter Robots, which were worthless. I bought the PetSafe litter box and used regular clumping litter and it worked great. Then I decided to kick it up a notch and pair the PetSafe litter box with the PetSafe litter, and now ask myself, “Where has this been all my life?”. There is no urine or fecal odor. For example, recently I removed the PetSafe litter waste from the PetSafe litter box and stored the waste in a bag in a spare room that I never use so that I could discard the waste later. When I opened the door to the spare room after two days, there was literally ZERO odor! I could not believe it! I was prepared for something stinky. But, there was no odor AT ALL!!! The litter absorbs all odor! And the litter box reliably puts the waste away. My life has been forever changed.

Probably better than the leading brand
Yes it’s better than Pretty Litter for $5 less per bag and it’s prettier. I’ve been using this for 1 month for two cats in one litter box. Zero odor! Because the litter is heavier, it stays mostly in the box and doesn’t track all over the house. I’m pretty impressed and it’s hard to impress me. Plus I never write reviews.

Pet safe crystal litter
It’s easy to use. However it doesn’t contain odor as long as I would like. It doesn’t track as much as other brands. I will continue buying because it’s reasonably priced and doesn’t a decent job of containing odor. It’s just not excellent.

I read many reviews regarding (1) dust, (2) tracking, (3) poor odour control, and (4) the bottom of their litter box pooling with urine. I personally did not experience these issues. My biggest concern is odour control and the unscented one I purchased prior even performed well. I believe I “mitigate” these issues with these “steps”: (1) I pour the litter into my cat’s stainless steel litter box low and close to a bottom corner of the box before shuffling it gently to spread out the litter. This immensely helps with keeping the dust at a minimum (2) I have a litter mat under the litter box and my cat would maybe track 1 to 2 crystals if she happens to randomly skip the mat. (3) My place will STINK at most a few minutes but that scent is there after she poops and prior to her covering it up. My basement apartment is small and so her litter box is unfortunately placed where my kitchen and living room is. So it’s very present in my apartment and not hidden. Aside from the few minutes of it stinking, I do not pick up traces of urine or poop scent throughout my home after. (4) After my cat urinates, I let the crystals soak it up before I gently mix the crystals around. My cat’s urine has never pooled at the bottom and she urinates QUITE a lot at once. I do understand these crystals will not do well with multiple cat households or a cat that frequently urinates. I scoop her litter box every day and I deep clean her litter box every 1.5 weeks. I have heard that some clean it monthly, but I rather my cat not step in a month’s worth of piss and poop ;p I hope this helps

I bought this for use with a PetSafe Scoop Free litter box. I have a reuseable tray and have been experimenting with various types and brands of silica litter to see what would work the best. It turned out that no other brand could compare to this one for how it works with the rake, how low odor it is, and how long it lasts between changes. I have three indoor cats, so I knew each bag would not last two months. I anticipated it lasting about 2 weeks, but have been pleasantly surprised. I’ve cleaned and refilled the reuseable tray three times now, and still have yet to empty the first bag. Each time I change it it’s lasting 8 to 9 days before the crystals are saturated. After about 4 days I do lift the litter box and remove the scat that’s been raked, since with 3 cats that does fill up faster, but that’s easy to do and it doesn’t smell.
