USING TIPS:
First, Press the clamp arm to clamp the phone. To ensure a secure mount, press the back edge of the arm tips (not the front edge), at this point the clamping force is the maximum.
Be careful not to overtighten the hook to avoid damaging the vent blades.
Please install the vent clip on the vent and make sure the clip is tightened.

I like having a couple of options for installing this phone holder to position it in the best line of sight. I have had a few instances when the clasp would not open when pressing the button. Hopefully, that doesn’t limit the functionality of the holder over time.

Falls off the dashboard
Worked great for about 6 weeks. I followed the instructions when mounting on my dash, but it suddenly fell off and will no longer stay on the dash. I tried to mount it on one of the vents, but that doesn’t seem to work either.
It would have been much better with a really strong suction cup! I have one of the bars that will mount in the shower, and it works very well with suction cups.

Works as it should. Needed to upgrade from magnetic holder and this was cheap. Cheap but holds up extensively well. Went with what another reviewer said and wet the suction cup before Installing (yes even with the epoxy) thing will break the windshield before it come off.good buy.
