Bang For The Buck!!!
This pilates bar rocks!!! It’s very versatile and the material feel like good quality. Even as a beginner to the pilates bar, I found it easy to pick up and use. The length of the bar’s attachment points is adjustable to fit the workout at hand. The resistant bands are covered with a protective nylon so that in case of breakage, you’ll be protected. It’s a great design. I also like the weighted jump rope and booty bands that came with the kit. The booty bands seem to be thin but if you use them together, they work great. Overall this is a definite bang for your buck. I’ll be cancelling my gym membership and working out at home with this!

Bands have very little stretch. no matter how you adjust the bands with the straps. You do not have any resistance starting out or you can’t get full range of motion to finish your exercise.

Wanted to get in shape but save space. use this great and easy to setup. Love the chart that tells you what to do. The amount of exercises you can do is bonkers. The bands are soft to the touch and easy to use. My wife even uses it and this is a staple for any newbie. Easy to follow and setup and put away. Its low resistance is nice for elders. Must have for any home gym

Complete package!!
This is an all in one product! I don’t need to hit the gym since I can do all my exercise with these bands. Not just band, it also has a pilates bar and many more items.I had a pack of resistance band but they were very fragile and broke after few uses. These new bands looks very durable and I’ve been using them pretty much everyday but still no issues yet. For the price, this is a great pack of resistance bands. Also one bonus thing is their free instructional videos which is of great help to get started with the equipment. Overall a recommended purchase!

Can’t figure out how to put the bar together. Otherwise, good kit
This is a collection of all the bands and handles and such to do Pilates at home, or any kind of resistance exercise. It’s a nice kit full of useful things, except one big problem. In my kit the long bar, which is the central reason I wanted to try this, does not assemble correctly. It seems like there is one part missing to attach the three pieces into one long bar. If I can’t assemble the bar then the rest of it is not of much use to me. From the pic you can see that one end of the middle bar has a way to screw onto the outside bar, but the other end does not. All the bars have internal threads, but only one has external threads and only on one end, so I don’t get it.
