Really good quality
I was hesitant to commit to any of these sets on Amazon, but for this price and the positive reviews I decided to try this product. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pieces. The bar is sturdy and screws together firmly. The bands arenât too stiff to stretch and donât feel like theyâll snap with a little stress. They are covered, which is a plus, because Iâve seen the damage those elastic bands can cause when they break.All of the foot and ankle straps are well padded and all of the pieces are very easy to adjust, attach, and detach. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for some solid home equipment. It all packs away neatly in a bag for easy storage.

Very nice solid product for the price
If you are looking for something to try to get into better shape, but are also limited on space this is the product for you.After unboxing it was a bit confusing as there are not clean instructions on how to set it up, and you have to play around with it a bit to full understand (thus the 4 star review).Once you have that done you are ready to go, and while the sample workouts which are included are nice, you can also find loads more on youtube.Now on to the equipment. The bar is very nice and stable after you put it together, and while the padding is nice, if you are doing squats you might want to have a towel between your neck and the bar.The handles are well made, along with the feet holders. The bands also seem to be well made, and so far no issues with them. The clips and the rings are solid, and the good thing is if by chance one of the clips were to break you can find them on Amazon, Walmart, and large sporting good stores.After using this do I feel that I am getting the same or close to the same workout if I went to the gym? Well the answer is yes I do.This is not for those that want to get ripped, but for those that want to be in better shape and trying to get toned up.I would (and have) recommend these Resistance Bands based on the quality and pricing.

This set is really well made and does exactly what I wanted. Itâs a fraction of the price of the product that is spammed all over social media ads that rhymes with edge fit. The resistance and workouts capability of this is probably even better than the 3x price name version. Great value here and would recommend.

Seems Heavy Duty – Wish it came with instructions/info
Looks heavy duty materials compared to others I looked at. I like that it comes in diff colors besides frilly pink and purple. The only info that came with it is a picture workout guide, therefore took off one star. I feel it is a good product and good price.

Works ok. Good for travel or a quick one at home? As for quality, who knows. Donât eat beans before a workout, youâll fart big when doing squats.
