Very Good Quality Pilates Bar Kit
Very good Fitwader Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands,260LBS Heavy Duty Resistance Bands for Working Out, Strength Pilates Equipment with Handles Door Anchor, Versatile Pilates Kit for Man Woman Full-Body Workouts.It came with a carrying bag as well as a door anchor. Itâs very easy to put the bar together. And hook the bungee bands and foot/handle straps on it. Came with 2 (30 pound), 2 (40 pound), 2 (60 pound) bungee bands adding up to the 260 pounds total. I first hooked up the 2 (30 pound) bands and that was enough for me to start out with as a beginner. I will work my way up. It does provide a good workout. Comes with a paper on suggested exercises to do with the bar. Iâm glad to have found this Pilates bar kit.

Compact and good workout options
I’m not a pilates person, but I do lots of home exercises using resistance and my body weight.This is a neat little system that comes together to provide a lot of different options for routines.It breaks down to take up very little space if traveling (by car)…I personally wouldn’t hassle with bringing it on a plane…a little too heavy to add to my luggage.
