Helped baby tummy troubles AND milk supply!
This is such a great, helpful product! I actually took this the first two months after my son was born to try to alleviate some reflux issues he was having, and it definitely helped him. Once his tummy problems cleared up, I stopped taking True Milk because my supply was fine. Then, when he began eating solid foods a couple of months ago, my milk went on a steady decline and my son got more fussy and didn’t sleep as well because he wasn’t getting full. I tried dietary changes and increased nursing/pumping, but nothing seemed to work. I heard about Goat’s Rue from another line of “mommy” products, and my already low supply dropped in half within three days of starting it! So, I decided to try True Milk again to boost my supply this time. It came in on Thursday afternoon, and I went ahead and took two capsules-one at supper, and one before bed. When we woke up the next morning I nursed my son and pumped 3 oz. AFTER I nursed him. The day before I started True Milk, I only pumped 1.5 oz. BEFORE nursing. My milk has continued to increase over the past couple of days, and my son is getting fuller when he nurses, which is helping him sleep longer for naps and at night, and he’s fussing less.I am so pleased with this product! Not only did it help my son’s tummy problems, but it also boosted my milk. Plus, as a vegetarian, I love that these use vegetarian capsules not gelatin. I’ve already subscribed to True Milk, and plan to continue using it until my son is weened.

Love these supplements. Started using them last week and my supply has gone up dramatically. My son is 2 months and I was just staying in front of what my son ate. I was constantly worried about having enough milk but couldnât seem or eat and drink enough to keep up with him. My freezer stash from the first few weeks was depleted due to temp fluctuations so I lost it all. I started these and have seen my supply go up a lot. I have about 20 extra ounces in the fridge and can relax a little more now

Clogged milk ducts
This product did help my milk supply but it also caused me to have clogged milk ducts. I honestly thought it was just me and not the pills but I stopped taking them for about a month and half and during that time, I had no issues. I started taking them again about a week ago and now I have a clogged milk duct. I hope itâs just a personal issue because I do love the extra milk production but I thought it would be good to give this review just in case Iâm not the only one.

Depleted my milk
I read so many positive reviews about this product and how it work for other breastfeeding moms, so I bought this product in the hopes of keeping my milk production flowing while going back to work. For over 3 months I exclusively provided my daughter with breast milk so going back to work I was a little worried about my production taking a hit. Iâm a nurse so my job can get stressful at times. I was pumping anywhere from 5-8 oz per breast each session before taking this product. The 1st day I took this product I noticed I only got 3 from the left and 1.5 oz from the right. I panicked a little so I added 2 additional pump sessions but kept taking the product for another 2 days. By the last day I took the pills I only got 1 oz TOTAL!!!! I was heart broken because my daughter had NEVER had formula and I ended up having to supplement a days worth of her feedings. I stopped the taking the product and the next day noticed my milk production was picking back up and was getting right at 3 to 3.5 oz per breast. I still had to supplement a couple of her feeding but Iâm just thankful that my milk production didnât stop completely. Hopefully it will get back to normal and I can stop the formula, which she HATES!!! I wouldnât recommend this product but everyone is different.

Increased milk supply
So I had a hard time with my milk supply in the beggining. I barely slept the 1st week after giving birth and just ate whatever and whenever I can. Then my son was hospitalized when he was a week old for severe jaundice. If you are not familiar with this, basically it can cause brain damage. The only way it leaves a newborn is thru pooping, but my son wasn’t eating (lack of breast milk) so hence no poop. WelI I was lacking milk because he wasn’t latching. So it was a vicious cycle. Anyways, we had to go to formula and I pumped in the meantime. My son had problems latching so milk production was still hard for me. I tried the lactation cookies (bought and home made), drinking lots of water, and massages on the boobies. These things helped but still low milk production. Only when I used these pills did my supply really increased. I attached a photo of my supply overtime and you can see how much it increased. I took the pills for 2 months and also did other practices for milk production. So I’d say the pills work, i just wish they weren’t so expensive.

It does work!
I had issues with supply early on and ordered this in hope it would help in addition to the other measures I was taking. Over time and with regular pumping my supply went up and now I am EBF and pump a couple times a day just to have a bit of a freezer stash. I was getting low on this and since things had stabilized I decided I would see if I could go without it. After a couple days I noticed I was getting less at pumping sessions and my baby was fussier than usual. I started taking it again and a couple days later I am pumping more at each session and I feel fuller between babys feedings. Baby is content again. This stuff really works! and for me is apparently a must have. Dont hesitate to give it a try. I really like the Pink Stork company, their teas are really good too, especially the “recovery tea” for after birth. It was so soothing and has become my go to baby shower gift. 🙂 Thanks Pink Stork!
