Good ingredients, but I’m not so sure my metabolism was boosted
Disclaimer: I’ve been on corticosteroids for 6 years along with some other medications known to result in weight gain, and I have indeed gained weight, in spite of eating little. That said, I had high hopes of boosting my metabolism to get it closer to what it used to be. Unfortunately, I don’t feel my metabolism was really boosted. That might be a big ask, considering the medications I’m on — this is a “special situation.”This supplement does seem to boost energy, which is also something I need, so it was not a waste of 4 months. And, for someone without the special situation of medications causing the body to bloat and gain weight, this may indeed help boost metabolism more than it did for me. My body seems “highly resistant” to letting go of weight, which was never the case until I started on these meds.As for the cost-benefit value — $39.95 may seem like a lot for a supplement with uncertain results (especially if you are taking multiple supplements and meds – they add up!). However, considering that this is a 4 month supply, that is $10/month, which isn’t terrible for quality ingredients. You might want to run this by your doc before trying it… or, just give it a go!

Seems to be working well
I reached out to Plant Therapy to ask if I can take the Moringa Herbal Supplement along with the Metabolism Boost Supplement in order to maximize the benefits.They advised me that I could so I’ve been taking both for the past week.I have a lot on my plate right now, more than the average person.My mother has been in a rehab for almost 2 weeks after being in the hospital for 3.My husband is in a hospital an hour away receiving cancer related treatment.I’ve been so busy the past month and a half, I haven’t had time to clean my house.Now I’m trying to juggle 2 people in 2 different facilities while getting my house cleaned and as if that’s not bad enough, I’m working on the spare room getting it ready so I can bring my mom home on Hospice.But wait, there’s more.My mom is confused and not doing well. Good quality but have not noticed a huge difference
I have taken magnesium before and noticed a change when I tried other brands but I haven’t noticed any direct impact on my health since taking these. I have tried them for about a month or two now and my metabolism seems to be the same – I do not notice any cognitive or metabolism changes at all. The brand is a very reputable brand and all of the ingredients are clean and seem to be sourced well – but for me personally I did not notice an improvement in my health – this could be different for someone else though!
