Good value for the $$
I’ve been using this tracker for about 2 weeks now. I’m mostly satisfied. It performs most functions you’d want in a tracker, and includes a couple (notably blood pressure monitoring) that are a pleasant surprise for a wearable in this price range. Near as I can tell, BP and heart-rate tracking are fairly accurate. Not sure yet about calories burned or O2 saturation. The step tracker is good, but the associated pedometer/miles walked calculation is WILDLY off. This is surprising because you set your stride length in the mobile app profile (and if you don’t, the default based on your gender/height is pretty accurate), so the calculation should just be simple multiplication, yet somehow they muffed it. At the moment, for example, I’m showing a total of 514 steps (it’s the first thing in the morning, don’t judge me), which based on my stride (2’5″) should be less than a quarter mile, yet the pedometer is showing .58 mile. Don’t know how they messed that up so badly. The mobile app in general is a disappointment – this is where they really cut corners. It’s about as bare-boned as it can be, displaying on the most basic data, and with a user interface not really designed for English speakers. The app doesn’t synch with any outside fitness programs, such as the virtual marathons that are very popular right now, so if you join one of those you’ll be entering data manually. It also doesn’t track (or allow manual input) of anything beyond the six exercises that are pre-set on the device, so if you want to log a weight routine (for example), you’re out of luck. The exercises that the device recognizes are walking, running, cycling, skipping, badminton, and basketball. The first three make sense to me, the last three seem random as hell. Other functions on the device include remote controls for phone camera and music playback – both work great. It also displays mobile messages and alerts, but I haven’t found any way to delete old messages – they just stay there until replaced by new messages, which is a bit frustrating. The device itself is easy to read, light weight, and comfortable. Overall it’s good value for the money, hamstrung by just a couple shortcomings that aren’t dealbreakers, but are irritating.

No support & blood pressure readings are lies
Disappointed. I was happy in the beginning. At least until I realized the blood pressure checker was telling me lies. This was one of the main reasons I bought it, after double checking I realized what it said my BP was and what my actual BP was were worlds apart. Then my watch went into âupgradeâ mode and it got stuck there. I tried looking for support and even tried google and YouTube for help when that failed but no luck. I went to the website found nothing covering the problem. They had an email option so I sent one and got absolutely no response. So, seems like a waste of money at this point.I was fairly happy until now. It worked for what I wanted. I liked the ease of checking my BP (then realized it was lies) and heart rate, enjoyed being able to get texts when I didnât have my phone with me or on silent. The lack of water resistance was annoying, having to either wear it loosely so it could be pushed up or you have to take it off several times a day when washing your hands after using the bathroom was just a real pain. If they had some support and made it water resistant it would be better.Later edit: I let the battery die and recharged it, was able to get it working. So if you run into my same problem give that a try! Would still not recommend it though.

I thought it was waterproof.
It would be a nice young personâs entry level smart watch for health. I just bought this watch because it touted blood pressure measuring capability, oximeter capable, heart rate, smartwatch functions and it was on Sale. It has very limited apps loaded on the watch. My comparisons are this watchâs measurement readings versus actual measurements with clinical instruments. The screen display has low graphic resolution, like jagged circles. Health-wise, for heart rate it is 1-5% accurate 66 vs 68, as well as the oxygen saturation 96 vs 98. The blood pressure reading is much lower than actual reading, e.g. 107/66 compared to 126/74, systolic/diastolic. If you have high blood pressure and you wish to monitor accurately, this is not the watch for you. Looking at the ad, I expected a running trace of an ecg rather than a pictorial illustration. The pedometer steps measurement were way higher than my fairly validated iPhone, e.g. 2989 versus 1809 steps. The calories utilization is unverifiable. Like everything else, you need a baseline.Other functionalities available are a timer (kind of cumbersome to start and reset due to large fingers and small buttons), messaging (not sure how to make it work, it displays empty all the time), weather (whatever display you get on the phone is the same as on the watch, you have the option of degree Celsius or Fahrenheit), exercise (no need for me to use this function, thus unverifiable), camera (it does not take pictures with the watch, but uses the watch as a remote clicker, which I find to be cumbersome), music player (plays songs stored on the iphone, I donât know how I could get it to play my Amazon music or downloaded Freegal music), find phone (it was on search for over a minute and still looking, inconclusive capability) and other settings. All these controls are available on the phone as well. I would like to return this phone, for one that is waterproof and hope to be more accurate. 20230717:

I’ve read many reviews before buying this smart watch to use primarily as a HRM for fitness tracking. I want to like it but unfortunately I’m returning it after a few days of using because it’s simply not accurate. When resting with my ave HR of 65bpm, the error is tolerable (compared it to my iphone HR monitor and with my Garmin monitor). The problem is when I start to perform basis exercises (like push-up), my Garmin monitor would show my HR peaking over 120bpm while the watch would not go over 95bpm. As another example (see attached photos), I’ve tested it on a bicycle ride for an hour. My Garmin would have an ave HR of 134bpm with a max of 154 while the watch would be 86 and 125 respectively. I know from my experience that the error is with the watch. What I also did not like about this watch is the sleep monitor function. It appears that this function only works automatically b/n 8:00pm and 10:00am and that it cannot be turned on or off manually. This is not good if one sleep outside this period or if one need to charge your watch during this period.Overall, I’m disappointed that it does not work as advertised. I didn’t expect it be accurate as my Garmin but the margin of error is not acceptable.

parcel arrived 2 days early. Product as described and works perfectly. you have to do an initial charge to get it going but that will give you time to download the app on your phone to have a look around and read the basic instructions that came with it. after about 20min it was about half charged so proceeded to pair with phone which was very easy to do. lost 1 star for this review as the steps, hr and bp are not accurate but hey it’s an inexpensive smartwatch with touchscreen function and many different faces to download for free and it’s slim / sleek look and also very light. Connects to Apple Health app and Qantas health app for rewards points
