This set is great for a variety of resistance band training! You can order more carabiners if two isn’t enough. Door anchor is great for travel!

Iâve only had the bar and bands a few week. I really wanted the x3 bar but wanted to be sure I would like this style workout before spending a ton of money. Iâm sure it is not as good as the actual x3 but I think the longer bar is actually a plus for some exercise. Benches for example, the bands are not tight against my biceps like it appears there are using th x3. Canât comment on durability yet. Seems like it will last a few years though. I bought the book âlifting weights is a waste of time and follow his workouts from his website. X3 bar creator that is.

I was very surprised at how well this set worked. The bar is of quality compared to others I have used. This is a fantastic gun to use when traveling or at home. I have been kidding over 30 years and this brand is just a bit better than the rest. Would recommend. Get a set of gloves though if you are using just the bands!

The Portable Extra Heavy Home Gym Resistance Band Bar Set with 4 Stackable Resistance Bands is great for a quick work out if you can’t get into the gym. The bands do offer a surprising amount of resistance and are made nice and thick. The bar breaks down for easy storage and fits well in hand. The only issue with working out with resistance bands like this is you have to wear shoes and beware of band placement or you will end up with a surprise that may not feel too great. I do also notice that the bands dig into the instep and cause issues if you don’t wear shoes but if you do wear them they can cause a bit of a stability issue and you don’t want to be moving your feet while standing on them too much. They are okay for a quick workout but not for long term.
