Looking to get in shape for the summer. Donât like the gym so this was a great addition to my home workout routine. Has a lot of different weight options. And it can be very beginner friendly .Did I mention itâs also very sturdy. Would give it a shot if youâre looking to stay fit. And build some muscle

What I love about this resistance band equipment is that itâs nice and sturdy. Great value for the money.There are similar ones that are much more expensive, so I was talking a chance but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend them if you want to workout at home . It comes with a bag so you can travel with them and workout in a hotel
