Smaller overall dimensions per lb. / tighter gravity center improves rep volume and ROM.
Other than dumbbell wrist curls these improve / replace regular bells.As these are moved around spherical design takes less space than standard bells. Functional and slightly safer .Time will tell on durability and finish, etc yet 5 stars as is.

Es un diseño novedoso que permite todos los ejercicios que pueden realizarse con mancuernas, pesas rusas y bolas pesadas de doble asa.El agarre situada en la zona central reparte por igual todo el peso alrededor de la mano, protegiendo la muñeca, porque los giros completos que abren o cierran la muñeca en exceso no son posibles, ya que la pesa tocará con nuestro antebrazo y no permite esos movimientos tan dañinos.Además el peso repartido equilibra la tensión en la musculatura, huesos y tendones de la muñeca, mano y antebrazo.También podemos cogerla por los laterales, sujetando con una o con dos manos cualquiera de las cuatro paredes posibles, de manera que ampliamos las posibilidades: con una bola pesada de doble asa tenemos dos asas, opuestas, una frente a la otra.Con esta bola pesada tenemos cuatro asas, y la podemos agarrar desde varios ángulos diferentes.Si cogemos de dos asas contiguas el ángulo de trabajo para los brazos es mucho más cerrado y supone más esfuerzo que situando los brazos uno frente al otro.Es una mancuerna, es una pesa rusa y también es una bola pesada de doble asa, todo en uno, con la gran ventaja de esa protección que permite entrenar con más seguridad y realizar más repeticiones para el mismo peso.

Pesa/mancuerna 3 en 1, pesa, pesa rusa y abrazadera, para realizar distintos ejercicios todo en uno. Pesa única, color negro, peso 10Kg, marca POWER GUIDANCE.Agarre interno perfecto para usar como pesa de puño, su diseño es mucho más cómodo que las mancuernas convencionales, al menos para mi. Su forma esta pensada para usar también como pesa rusa y completar distintas series de ejercicios, asà como de abrazadera.Esta construido con aleación de acero y recubierto por una capa de caucho que amortigua el peso al dejarlo en el suelo, evitando que se estropee o se dañe (siempre que se suelte con cuidado, claro).Ya en uso, pues como he mencionado, sirve para completar distintas series de ejercicios, yo la solicité para complementar con otra mancuerna del mismo peso y hacer series dobles. Sin embargo dadas sus posibilidades he añadido a la tabla de ejercicios, los de pesa rusa y abrazadera para completar un entrenamiento más tonificante.¿Recomendada?â Totalmente.
