Customers say
Customers find the alignerer seating tool effective at removing aligners and appreciate its sturdiness, noting it hasn’t lost its firmness and beats broken nails. The tool fits well in Invisalign cases and is convenient to use, with one customer mentioning it works almost like a teething toy. The chewiness receives mixed feedback – while some find the chewy part amazing, others say it’s too firm to safely chew. Similarly, opinions on value are divided, with some considering it well worth the money while others find it not worth the cost.

Perfect design, and a must have for Invisalign trays
This made my life with Invisalign so much easier! In the earlier stages, when the trays fit especially tight, I was able to remove them so easily thanks to this. The added chew piece was a great bonus, and helped me get in regular chew sessions (which I needed when my teeth weren’t moving on schedule).

Works great when you have thin nails
I have thin nails. Taking liners out was awful. No felt like I was sticking my whole hand into my mouth (which didnât feel hygienic even though I was washing my hands throughly). I did some research and found this tool. Itâs great. Itâs small so it fits in cases (in the official pul case and the one I got with my liners), but itâs sturdy so it doesnât feel like itâll break. The âchewyâ moves and locks into place when you need it and slides back into starting position when you donât. Itâs great that itâs attached to a stick so you move it where you need without sticking your hands into your mouth. Itâs firm enough to relieve the pressure but soft enough that itâs not damaging. It fits well in your hand and around your fingers. It latches onto the liner and makes pulling them out easy, without worrying itâll break the liner.I love it and bought spares. Itâs really saved my nails.

Success! “Form meets Function”
So glad someone had the BRILLIANT idea to combine these two tools! These are time and space savers! I don’t spend time searching for one or the other. I find that they work exactly as intended. I store one in my purse in my travel Invisalign case for on the go and the other in the case I have in the house.

Not As Easy As It Looked
Prior to the start of my aligner treatment, I saw many people stating that an aligner removal tool was very helpful. So as I gathered my âtoolsâ to use when Iâm out and about, or even at home, I purchased a 3 pack (one for home, another for my outside the home kit, and another for back up). I always have VERY short nails, so it seemed like the practical choice, especially since this came with a âchewieâ attached so I would have one less thing to worry about.Come time I needed to use it, and even after watching videosâ¦wow! It wasnât working! The idea of hooking it to the aligners was straight forward enough, but my aligners would not allow for the hook to set in. It took a LONG time before this was just completely âeating upâ (no pun intended) my aligner out time (my dentist restricted me to 30 min for when the aligners can be out), I gave up and my fingers some how found a way to pop the aligners off. I find it you have new aligners this tool is not very helpfulâ¦at least mine were VERY tight. Only have the aligners loosened after continuous wear (about the 3rd day on), I could get the hook into the aligners and slowly pull it out.WARNING: Be VERY careful when you are trying to hook and pull out the aligners! My first set I used the tool with ended up bending the plastic ends of my aligners! Luckily, I was able to unfold it a bit, but you have to be very gentle.Overall, the product was good, but it is definitely hard to use it on new aligners, and takes some practice. My dental office showed me and watched me pull and put in place my new aligners a few time in their office. So this was my work around for awhile.Thanks.

A must-have for Invisalign users (in my opinion)
Let me set the scene. When I initially got my Invisalign trays, I already had buttons (attachments) on my teeth. Everything went just fine until the first time I needed to take them out to have some lunch. Using my nails was unwieldy and difficult. And the longer it took, my nails seemed to be softening, making things even more difficult! I actually had a moment of panic that I might not be able to eat! Don’t worry, I did manage to get them off, but that experience made me grateful that this tool was arriving the next day. This remover (sometimes called an ortho key) is, in my opinion, a must-have. It makes the process so much easier. The tool is solid, hooks the trays well and is a major quality of life improvement.Looking back, I probably wouldn’t worry about the chewy portion of it (I had a separate, larger chewy I used early on, but I don’t even use that anymore). That said, if you’re getting Invisalign trays, I highly recommend you get these. If possible, consider getting them before your appointment so you don’t experience the moment of panic I did!

Great product.
These tools come in real handy for removing my Invisalign. I carry one in every case.

Works well but EXTREMELY overpriced
Each plastic chew lasts a few weeks with regular use, after which the plastic part breaks down (tears up and off). I am on my 4th or 5th package of these, so at over $30 per set, I find it extremely overpriced. It’s literally just molded plastic pieces.
