I had a 15-year-old cat last year who had bad teeth, and, it turned out, liver cancer. In his last days I fed him this product, which he liked. After he crossed the rainbow bridge, I gave my leftover packets to a friend for her 19-year-old cat, who also has bad teeth. Her cat likes these so much that she will not eat her former food. So, elderly and/or sick cats love this. Healthy, young cats do, too!
