Wow, these are great!!!
Female over 40 years old here, that had been noticing a lot of low energy most days. Just blah! Iâve never felt this before in my life but as Iâve gotten closer to 50, itâs been really affecting my mood, my capabilities around the house and how exhausted I feel after working all day. Though Iâve taken this brand for Magnesium at night, and had great results I wasnât sure what to expect. Iâve taken handfuls of vitamins but nothing really made a difference as far as how good I felt. After researching high quality multi vitamins I kept coming across this offering. The ingredients amaze me. So much in a one-a-day pill. Iâve been taking these for 5 days and notice a huge difference in my mood and energy levels. I can work all dayâ¦clean, cook and still have energy. Itâs fantastic. Highly recommended.

Been taking this for years
Pure Encapsulations is a brand trusted by so many doctors and I can see why. No added fillers, quality ingredients, effective, barely smell, can be a little expensive, but when it comes to quality and your health you should never compromise. My wife and I both in our 40s take this daily. If I don’t take it one day I notice the difference in whether I have any dreams at all so it’s obviously doing something good. Best vitamins
These are the best vitamins I’ve tried. I felt an absolute difference after taking them. My body absorbed them instead of just peeing them out and they never irritated my stomach. The downside is that they are pricey, so I’m currently trying to find something just as good but affordable.

Quality ingredients, feel the difference
This vitamin works great and love that I only have to take 1 a day. High in B12 but not overly high in B6 like most vitamins.It definitely smells and tastes bad, most B vitamins do. Here’s what I do to make it easier to tolerate.Take it out of the container and let it lay out for a few minutes. It helps get rid of the horrible container smell. Take with something flavored like gatorade, vitamin water or juice. It masks the taste a bit. Drinking with water tastes horrible. Hope this helps

Big difference in my energy levels!
This multivitamin is the best I have ever tried! I was dealing with low energy levels and felt that it must be related to my diet. I decided to go with this brand and I immediately felt the difference. I did not feel so wiped the entire day. It was a big difference just from the first two days I was taking it. After taking it for a couple weeks I definitely feel stronger and more energized.I will add that I started taking the multivitamin along with their magnesium and a fish oil from a separate brand. It is possible the combination of these three is contributing to my increased energy levels but I think this multivitamin definitely works great.

Good quality multi vitamin but expensive
A little pricey but high quality multi vitamin that gives me a boost of energy in the morning. It got rid of my brain fog probably due to the B12. Will think about buying it again in 2 months due to the price and my limited budget (retired from work).

Haven’t died yet
I’ve been taking these for a year or two or three. They area easy to swallow and so far have not killed me. I’m not sure how else you are supposed to assess vitamins. I don’t get blood work done or anything. I guess I’ll stick with them. They seem fine.
