my nephew is 2y/o & I got these bc he my stay up all night & when he did fall asleep he sleep so light he would wake up with the slightest bit of sound and wake up like he slept a full 8h ð exhausting. So we tried these & they work magic. I absolutely love these gummies. I bought them on a lark because I ran out of melatonin for my daughter who has sleep issues. Not only do these taste good, but they work really well. We used these as a “night night treat” for my kid when we were getting a lot of push-back for diaper changes. Initially, we were using candy but decided candy before bed was a bit counterproductive so we decided to try these out. He loves the flavor and does think they’re a “treat”. They are in a childproof bottle so he can’t get at them on his own. He’s generally a pretty good sleeper so I can’t say if it made a huge difference in his sleep quality or schedule but it’s definitely a good option as a “treat” if you don’t want to sugar them up before bedtime.
