Been using this on and off since 2020, I read online that taking 25,000 iu of beta carotene is common so I take 3 pills daily which is 22,500 iu daily. It’s extreme but this amount gives me that orangey carrot glow in a short amount of time. This is a great product if your looking to get that beautiful orangey carrot glow I highly recommend you will get compliments.

The size of gel cap is small and easy to swallow. I took with water and it is tasteless.I noticed my skinand vision has improved .Very pleased with withsupplements.
