Easy to Use – Simply turn on the Helight red light therapy device before getting into bed. The red light device will power down at the end of the scientifically engineered patented protocol and 28 minute cycle. Be sure to shut off all other light sources (phone, tv, tablets, etc.). Do not use with sleep mask.
Natural Sleep Aid – Inspired by NASA & backed by science, Helight provides pure 630 nanometers red-light, at a narrow bandwidth, and specific intensity to enhance sleep quality and promote deeper and more restful sleep, naturally. Results may vary. Allow up to 21 days to adapt and regulate your sleep to experience the full effects.
Red Light Therapy – Unlike a simple red lightbulb, the Helight red light therapy device is precisely calibrated to emit the specific red-light wavelength needed to mimic the sunset and signal to the body it’s time to sleep. Can be used with sleep apnea machines and anti-snoring devices.
Compact Size & Travel Friendly – Helight red light device is portable and helps curb jet lag. It uses a high-capacity USB rechargeable battery so you can take it with you on vacation, business trips, or anywhere you crave a good night’s sleep with natural red light therapy.

Amazing for sleep!
Iâve been struggling with falling asleep for years, and after trying various methods, I decided to give red light therapy a try. Iâm so glad I did! This lamp has been a game-changer for my sleep routine. The light is calming and perfect for winding down before bed. I love that itâs backed by science, as Iâve read about the benefits of red light therapy for relaxation and sleep. The package is very nice and comes with a nice charger cord and pouch that you can use for traveling. Iâve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested. An effective way to support better sleep.

Works great for my little one
I used to have an unfrared lamp for myself during trauma therapy for PTSD and found it very helpful for calming the nervous system. When I saw this one for kids, it was an instant- yes! My sweet little baby goes to sleep with it as part of her nightime routine. I didn’t like the 28 minute timer that auto shuts it off whether plugged in or not, initially, but it’s grown on me. I don’t really need it on longer.

JUNK
This thing sucks! It literally cane on for two seconds then died. I charged it all nigh then it wouldnât come on at all. What a waste of money and time! The LAST thing an insomniac needs. Ugh!!!

May work well for some but diabetics should ask their doctor
I had high hopes for this as it is a red light device to help with falling asleep. Itâs easy to turn on and turns off automatically as indicated. It is kind of bright, though it depends on how dark your room is.While it didnât work for me, I found out that anyone with diabetes shouldnât use red light therapy like this, so if you or your spouse, partner, etc. do, check with your doctor. I am not providing medical advice – itâs for awareness only. The battery life is probably great, though didnât test for that. Also, the return window may be short, so be sure to try it out as soon as you get it.

Red Light for Better Sleep
I really like the compact size of this red-light device. Perfect for a nightstand without taking up much space. I was skeptical about the red glow in the room, but it only stays on a total of 28 minutes and after 14 minutes starts to dim. You can adjust the intensity of the light when it first starts by keeping the button pushed down until it reaches a level you want. I seem to be falling asleep faster and haven’t been waking up as much during the night.

Relaxing and Calming
Iâve been using the Helight® Sleep Red Light Therapy Device for a couple of days now, and so far, Iâm really impressed with the results! The 630nm pure red light is gentle and relaxing, and it has helped me wind down before bed. I use it for about 20â30 minutes before sleep, and Iâve noticed that I feel more relaxed and ready for bed afterward. It has definitely helped me fall asleep faster, and the quality of my sleep seems a bit better too!The device is easy to set up and fits nicely on my nightstand. Itâs quiet, which is important to me, and I love that it doesnât disturb my sleep environment. The science behind red light therapy is solid, and Iâm hopeful that prolonged use will bring even more benefits, but I havenât had it long enough to see the long-term effects just yet.Overall, Iâm excited to continue using it and see how it impacts my sleep in the coming weeks. The results so far have been positive, and Iâm optimistic about the outcome. Definitely a good investment if you’re looking to improve your sleep routine!

Red light therapy works
I am a sceptic and did not think this red light would work. I was wrong. I was so tired of taking Benadryl and sleeping pills to sleep. I would lie awake up to two hours trying to sleep. I have used this for a month now and I am so happy with it. I no longer take pills, I use a c-pap and now use it 6-7 hours a night instead of 4. I go to sleep in about 30 minutes now and I feel I have more energy too.Yes, it is expensive but to me it was worth it.
