Messy when applied to skin
I would only recommend this for internal use. The container indicates it can be used topically but it was not useful for me when I tried this. It does not absorb well into the skin it just sits on the surface. Trying to massage or rub this into the skin still does not help, it just ends up having as sticky or tacky feeling and even after letting it sit for hours it still was not being absorbed into the skin. I had to use paper towels and then shower to get the residue off the skin.I have a smaller Castor oil specific for hair and skin that is a much thinner consistency that my skin is able to utilize much better and has a normal oily feeling on the skin.I havent noticed anything extraordinary from using this internally but also no negative side effects either. The taste isn’t great but it also isnt the most terrible tasting health product I’ve tried.

I take a spoonful at night. Sometimes I don’t take it every night because it does clean you out. But I also wake up easier in the morning, sleep better and have more even energy throughout the day. The taste is easy to take and I am amazed at how much better I feel! I recommend this to anyone feeling tired, wanting to cleanse from the inside out, and for anyone who may not be regular as well.

The chlorella and spirulina are strong binders for toxins, and I may be detoxing too quickly.â Detox symptoms are real â If your body is not used to deep detoxing, you might experience side effects like fatigue, headaches, or even nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and support your detox pathways to minimize discomfort.â Might not be for everyone â If youâre sensitive to spirulina, chlorella, or herbal detoxes, this product might be too strong for you.Final Thoughts:I believe this product has potential, and Iâll continue testing it at a lower frequency to see if my symptoms improve.
