Using these to help rehab an injury. Very satisfied so far after two weeks of use.Update two weeks later: the 20 lb resistance band snapped during use. I wasnât doing anything crazy with it. The other two are holding up OK for now.

Perfect!
At first, I ordered the regular, single resistance bands, but they were longer than my arm span, so they were useless. These figure-eight bands are perfect. Iâm recovering from a frozen shoulder and with these bands, Iâm able to do most of my PT exercises at home. They can be used in so many ways, for different body parts, itâs like having a mini-gym. The handles are soft and comfortable, and the 3 different resistance levels are great for different exercises.
