Resistance Bands provide a great workout. If you are a senior looking for a new way to exercise, definitely give this book a try. I have used resistance bands before, and I learned several new pieces of information. One important piece is how to assess whether I have neutral spine while leaning against a wall. This is important especially if you have back problems like I do. There are very clear directions on how to do the exercises plus there are links to video demonstrations. I love that there are beginner workouts that are done seated so anyone can work out with resistance bands.
