I got these bands for strenthening exercises. It was quick to go from the loosest to the next. Now I’m down to the second tightest. Have an autoimmune disease and this makes it so much better than having to go to PT several times a week

Great quality and super durable. Is great that you actually feel a resistance difference between the bands. They help a lot with warming up and with any exercises that you want to add a little of a challenge. Love the colors and they came in a nice ziploc bag where you can store them. Highly recommend them.
