Taking it slow
Very good value. I am trying to build up strength in my arms after an injury and this is just the thing I needed. I get a good workout without causing more damage.

Too tight to use.
I bought this and returned it. I got the lowest resistance because I’m older and new to resistance band training. I couldn’t even get the handles to shoulder height while standing on the tube!I returned it and got the next resistance level up (green) and it was much better. I was able to get the handles to shoulder height without any problem. I thought I ordered the same brand but maybe not.
