These 30 lb. resistance bands are a good price but – they had a few kinks or dents on the rubber tubes. Seems like they could eventually tear? Also, these rubber tubes are wide/stiffer than what my P. Therapist uses

These bands appear to be good quality and I like the handles. However, they included an item that has a loop on one end and little rubber roller on the other and I have no idea what it is for. Instructions or even a contents list, would have been nice.
