Amazing Relief for Neck Pain
I cannot recommend the RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer enough! I’ve been struggling with neck pain and TMJ discomfort for a while, and this device has been a total game-changer. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a few sessions, I could feel significant relief.The design is incredibly ergonomic, and the way it matches the natural curve of the cervical spine is spot on. When I lie down on it, I feel like it’s gently stretching my neck and shoulders in all the right ways—providing vertical, horizontal, and curvature support to really release tension and help with spinal alignment. It’s like having a mini chiropractor at home!I’ve been using it for about 10 minutes a day as recommended, and I already notice less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and I can comfortably use it on the floor, yoga mat, or even outdoors. The foam is dense enough to provide good support without being too hard, making it very comfortable once you get used to the shape.It’s important to follow the instructions and take it slow when first starting out. Noticeable stretch and relaxation
The RESTCLOUD neck relaxer offers decent relief for minor tension. It’s simple to use and the material is comfortable. While not a miracle cure for severe pain, it provides a noticeable stretch and relaxation. Good for occasional use and light cervical discomfort.

GAVE ME SOME NECK PAIN, BUT NOW I CAN BREATHE WITHOUT A CPAP MACHINE
For the first time in more than 30 years, I got a great night’s sleep WITHOUT a CPAP machine!!!I bought this not to alleviate neck pain, but because I have obstructive sleep apnea, and I currently don’t have a CPAP machine. I notice that if I sleep on a wedge pillow with my head tilted a bit back (in other words, a little too far up the wedge), my throat is clear enough for me to breathe sufficiently enough. The problem with that is that eventually, I slide down the wedge pillow, and my throat closes up again. I wake up dizzy and with a headache.This pillow holds my head in the perfect position where I no longer need a CPAP, and I’m over the moon about it! As for it causing me some neck pain, that’s because my head has to be a bit overextended back in order for the effect to take place. As I did with the wedge pillow, I now do with this pillow, which is to position my head a bit too far back, so that it tilts back/down just a bit. I’m fine with the neck pain, as it’s caused by tightened traps and not by trauma to the spine or nerves in the neck. I can always rub the traps, that’s not an issue. I’m willing to rub my traps every day if it means I can finally BREATHE at night and wake up refreshed, as I did this morning. LOVE this little pillow!!!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15″. Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the “Epley maneuver.” Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

Best pillow replacement ever..
Since removing 1 bulky pillow and replacing with this support. I’m sleeping longer, my feet are higher than my heart to help with the swelling. And it feels like a massage for your neck. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for anyone that has seen a doctor for pain in their neck. It stretches the vertebrae softly as you rest. And I can still breathe when flat on my back.
