Works better than expected
I wasnât sure what to expect, but this thing is seriously impressive. The suction, heat, and red light combo really help with muscle tension and soreness. Iâve been using it on my back and shoulders, and it gives deep relief without much effort.Itâs easy to use, charges quickly, and the cordless design makes it super convenient. The suction strength is no joke (in a good way), and I like that you can adjust it. Feels like a deep tissue massage without having to book an appointment.If you deal with knots, aches, or need better circulation, this is definitely worth it. Really glad I went for the two-pack!

DIY Cupping therapy works great!!!
Iâve been using these automatic cupping therapy devices for recovery after my pickleball sessions. The devices seem to be top notch and easy to use. Iâve had great success in using these devices in getting me back on the courts the next day. Used on my legs, back and shoulders alternating days to target the aches and pains. Love these and would buy again or may be another set to apply 4 devices each session.

I almost can’t believe how well this works. I’m recovering from a car accident and my doctor suggested buying one of these. I was a little skeptical but I bought it anyways. I definitely don’t regret it. My pain deescalates very quickly and I tend to feel better for days and sometimes weeks.

Does the job as expected. Medium to Heavy suction ..
Suction is unbelievable and can be set to very strong. Pleased with that aspect of the unit and couldn’t be better especially for the cost. Only real concern about the unit is that it isn’t super well made and if you take the top Ring off of unit, it is pretty hard to get it back on and have the button/pad to line back up. Today it wouldn’t turn on so I am charging it to see if this will help but so far no.. I would have rated a 5 except for the lid difficulty.
