Good supplements
I’m almost done taking my first 30 days. I can say these are some good supplements. I found my energy levels are a bit higher than usual. My only dislike is the mint flavor, while welcomed, it’s a little too potent for me.

Great taste, great vitamin.
After trying multiple vitamins brands, Ritual is a top choice. Many brands give you a weird stomach ache, bad taste in your mouth, or acid reflux. These have a really nice minty taste and can be taken any time of day, with or without food. They’re a little more on the pricy side but totally worth it. I would recommend these to anyone.

Feel a difference in energy
I would like to think that I eat fairly healthy, but there are definitely foods (like fish) that I rarely ever eat. I know this vitamin does not replace eating a well rounded diet but it does provide a boost in vitamins that I might be missing and definitely the omega oils that I never get.I can definitely feel a difference in energy. Itâs nothing major but I do feel less tired through out the day. Not sure if it is a placebo effect or the vitamins, but I donât mind either way if it makes me less fatigued all the time.Pro(s):- After taking, feels like I have more energyCon(s):- The pills are fairly large so if you have a difficult time swallowing pills, this may mot be for you.- They make your hands smell fishy after handling themTip(s):- like other reviews have mentioned, this also gave me fishy burps. Easy on the Stomach, but gives you algae-breath/burps all day.
It’s hard for me to find a multivitamin that doesn’t make me nauseous if taken on an empty stomach (i’m not a breakfast person usually) so the first several weeks of these were amazing in that regard. However, i’m not sure if i’m just used to them now or noticing it more, but I get these algae… dirty ocean, fishy burps, taste in the back of my mouth, and occasionally, scented breath whenever I take these.Not necessarily a deal breaker b/c it’s just mildly unpleasant, but it’s something I wish i knew, so hey, now maybe you know it too before you buy. I assume this is from the omega 3 oils they suspend the particulates in, since that’s derived from microalgae. It’s very… fish-foody. I would also assume this is what drove them to put the little mint-scented bar in the bottle with them b/c without it, it would smell like a dirty aquarium every time you open up the bottle.

I bought these and they made me feel a pain in my stomach and they kept making me burp. I saw a review that someone said that these looked different than the vitamins from the actual Ritual website so I decided to order from there and I had no side effects. I compared the labels and pills and they did look different.
