Best Vitamin Iâve had!!
This vitamin is high quality, and has not at all upset my stomach. It has a peppermint taste but other than that I have no issues with burping or nausea at all! My labs are great and I have waited to find such a great vitamin that I put these on auto ship and havenât regretted it at all!

I got these since everyone told me how great they were. I was taking woman multivitamins one a day this one is 2a day which is kinda pricey. Unsure how well it works cuz they are vitamins they have A mint pre-taste but I can totally taste the fishiness thru it andMakes me gag since I hate sea food. Makes you burp, but no bad flavor.
I was hesitant after reading reviews that it left a fishy taste in others’ mouths but I didn’t experience that. There is a mint coating on it that hides the flavor well, and as long as you are capable of swallowing pills, you should be fine to get it down before it wears off. The size is comparable to a Tylenol pill.

I like the idea of this product and I liked that it would take longer to dissolve so it usually happened in your lower intestine…. This was dissolving in my stomach within a matter of 30min and then I would spend half the day with that fish, foul sea taste in my mouth. It was so horrible…. I would sometimes get sick. I just can’t do it anymore. I have taken Omega3 with fish oil in them and as long as I ate something with it, never had an issue…. With this product, it didn’t matter. I tried to stick to it but I just can’t handle it anymore. Didn’t even make it a week. ð

At first I canceled my subscription because the fish oil was giving me terrible fish burps. But now that I have been taking them for over a month, the burps have stopped. I am always getting sick as a preschool teacher but I have noticed a big difference since taking these. I havenât got sick once during flu/cold season (knock on wood) and I noticed I have more energy and that my digestive system feels regulated. When you first pop the pill in your mouth it has a nice refreshing flavor- almost minty which I also like. I wish it was cheaper, but sometimes you pay more for good quality!

STRONG mintiness
I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews, but nowhere on the bottle or label does it mention Menthol or Peppermint or anything of the sort. It’s like swallowing mouthwash. Will certainly feel clean going down but it can definitely be off-putting at times with just how overwhelmingly pungent it is. Wish they’d tone that down a little. I recommend taking these after brushing your teeth so at least the mintiness will compliment your toothpaste.Other than that, a decent multivitamin. I only do a half dose with how expensive these are, but it’s like a cute little snow globe.
