strong and durable
These 5-cup storage containers are wonderful. They are very sturdy. The lids fit well; easy to put on. The lid vent is a handy feature, both while original contents cool and later when microwaving. The containers stack neatly before use and also when full (in refrigerator).Their design in broad and short, not tall. Spreading the contents out helps them heat food more evenly in the microwave. Their size is more than enough for single-servings; we never run out of space inside the container (unless we try to cram in double servings.

Excellent size for left overs, easy to clean the see thru material. They are not as sturdy/ thick as the previous generations but with care they should last as long. Lids are interchangeable with previous generation.

I love being to buy these in 1 or 2 pieces, instead of the large set. Great value and quite easy to clean. Rubbermaid is my go to for food storage containers. They are always reliable, and stack easily inside each other so they don’t take up a lot of space when not in use.

Has a variety of uses.
I have quite a few of these 5-cup containers with vented lids. I open the vent and microwave all sorts of things like oatmeal, grits, etc. I also make ahead a few daysâ supply of overnight oats in them.These are great for storage in and out of the fridge.I got a variety pack one time that had the smaller versions and a 7 cup version and I found uses for all of them.I find these easy to clean and, even though Iâve microwaved them many times, I see no damage or warping of the bowls or the lids.

Can’t go wrong with Rubbermaid
I’ve always loved and preferred Rubbermaid products. These are no exception. They’re sturdy and just the size I looked for in leftover containers. I’ll be buying more of them in the future.

Me pareció muy buen precio considerando que son dos piezas, se pueden meter al micro sin problema ya que cuentan con válvula de ventilación, pero no lo recomiendo para lÃquidos ya que puede fugarse por la misma válvula. En mi caso me sirve para preparar y mezclar mi ensalada y el tamaño es ideal para una porción bien servida, lo cual es muy útil para los que cocinamos para varios dÃas. No le doy 5 estrellas porque a pesar de pedir a domicilio me llamaron de estafeta para que fuera a recoger a sucursal.
