Great Scale and Easy/Informative App
I love running and exercising, and I figured it was probably time to upgrade my old spring scale in the bathroom. I’m glad I purchased this one! It’s easy to use, and the app works great! I have the app set to athletic mode, so it tells me a lot more information than it would have in regular mode. My wife also uses it, and it’s easy to have it keep track of who’s on the scale since we simply open the app and let it connect via Bluetooth before we step upon it. If you forget to open the app, it will remember the data and ask if that data is yours the next time someone does open the app, so you can ensure to add it to the correct person’s historical data. The scale also has a nice look/feel to it. Recommended!

I had purchased a similar scale about 2 years ago and it started giving me weird weight measurements with a 5 pound difference when jumping on it just 5 minutes apart. Even after changing the batteries it was weird and the app wasnât updated as it should have been. I tried this one and oh boy what a difference it made!!This one not only tracks your weight but visceral fat, skeletal muscle mass, water, bone density and your age based on what the scale says. That and heart and O2 usage which are also important. After starting a walking regiment I have lost 12 pounds and this thing tracks exactly what I am losing, what I need more of and acted as a way to help me up my proteins and then my muscle mass and burn off the flab. Iâm serious, using this helped me focus on drinking more water, eating more protein and being aware of when I was burning muscle vs fat. Plus, the age indicator really does go down in age as you become more in shape. The colors on the screen of Green, Yellow or Red, (think stop light: Red is bad and Green is the range you want,) helps to plan your exercise and eating habits to keep you where you want to be. And for those of us that need glasses to see the screens on a small scale, this feature helps you tell by a glance where you are at fitness-wise. The app allows you to track everything and has great charts to show you your progress in EACH category. It will also prompt you if someone else uses the scale and says: is this you? Accept or deny that personâs weight on your data chart. A nice feature! Highly recommended!
