I measured my arm according to the directions in the seller’s photos, got 12 inches so ordered a large. It was too big so I had to return it for a medium. That was an easy transaction. I think the problem is that although I’m not overweight, I’m in my 50s and have little “pudgy pillows” under my arms which made my measurement come out too large. Depending on your own body type you may consider ordering a size down. I read other reviews that also said for the elbows they had to order a size down. I injured my elbow working out at the gym on the same day that I moved a lot of bricks. The compression sleeve worked great to reduce my pain A LOT the very first time I wore it, and my elbow is healing nicely. It is comfortable to wear, does not add bulk, I can wear it under my shirt, it stays put where it is supposed to be, and the edges do not roll down. I like that the package came with a pair of two which is an added bonus, because I can toss one in the wash and wear the other one. I highly recommend these. It’s a good product that works well for a very reasonable price.UPDATE: I took these on a trip and lost them both. I liked them so much that I ordered another set. VERY happy with the price of less than $9 for two of these, considering I had to order a replacement for the ones I lost. My elbow continues to feel better and I no longer have to wear them all that much. But they are still especially helpful for when I am doing a lot of walking and my arm hangs down and swings. my 1st elbow brace
i developed tennis elbow and looked at how i may treat it. Braces were recommended. i have never used them before and was unaware of what makes a quality brace. after reviewing different options on amazon, i chose this. my biceps are between 11 and 12 in. i purchased large based on their sizing chart. i do not feel my arms are L, but they are definitely not XL.they fit a bit snug, but i suppose that’s their purpose. just as long as they dont cut off circulation. they did, and still do, leave a mark on my forearm. the kind of mark you get from wearing underwear or any clothing with elastic against your skin. they were hot and itchy at first. i got used to the itch and only notice is occasionally. nothing really uncomfortable or unpleasant, just rub/massage it a bit when i notice.my elbow felt better with it on. i have worn it atleast 10 hours a day for about 3 months. it is still snug. appears to be holding up from use. just everyday living, light working out. the fabric pills alittle bit. 2 came in the box, but i have only used 1. i have machine washed it a few times.

But we just got them and we just started to use them so what does use them for a little bit and then will get back to youWe usually use the thinner set one the one made out of lead text spandex material this one’s a little bit thicker I haven’t tried it in the summer yet so it’s colder times and it works really well and we like it so far.In the summer it may get a little hot if it’s really 8090° outside you might sweat a little bit with this one but you could wear spandex shirt which may help but both sweat during the summer one this one may sweat a little more though you’re a little bit it depends on the person if they can keep their comfortable with it or not or how it affects them.For $10 this is really good and the productS Materials It’s like a spandex cotton Little thicker , we are using them Daily.
