Awesome for Gut health & weight loss!!!!
I can only take 1 capsule a day, as it works fantastic with 1.I donât have any of the side effects except for 1.Loss of appetite, I eat, but my calories are cut in half, which is a concern as I only eat <1400 calories.Having said that Iâve lost 10 pounds in <10 days.For me, I donât need all the expensive injections ( I donât qualify anyway).I am Celiac, so this really helps that.The food I do eat is nutritious, with no processed food. I home cook all my meals.Snacking has stopped altogether.Very happy!!!!!I can only eat 2 meals a day, but supplement with protein shakes.I literally would never guess this work. For me itâs fantastic and now my clothes are loose and I feel better.

Extreme Side Effects
Introduced slowly by taking 1 for first 2 days, took 2 on 3rd day. Suffered cramping, bloating, nausea. Worst side effect was severe flatulence. Stopped for a couple days and symptoms stopped. Wanted to give it a fair chance so tried again with 1, same side effects started. Was going to return product but seller doesn’t accept returns for this product. That was my error for not reading the fine print, if you will. However, I question the company’s reasoning behind this, as I’ve returned other brand probiotic supplements over the years with no problem. So I was left scratching my head as to what is in this probiotic that makes it Non-refundable due to a “safety risk” as described on their refund policy; versus all the other brands of probiotics that don’t pose a “safety risk” and are Refundable. At $65 this product is highly over-rated in my opinion and makes me question the integrity of a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. At the end of the day, you gamble $65 for a product that may or may not work. Do your research because there are hundreds of other good probiotics available. I’ll continue to search and find one that works for me.

Very expensive for something that has done nothing. Not sure how many weeks it takes to work but after one jar and nothing has changed too expensive for no results.I was contacted by the company offering a refund that was greatly appreciated but not necessary. I have tried many similar products with the same results. The good thing about Seed is I experienced no horrible side effects, they were easy to swallow and did not have a horrible taste or smell like many do. Maybe I should have tried them for another month. After all is said and done kudos to their excellent customer service.

Cheaper products may cost less but if the probiotics die before they make it into your colon then that actually cost more. These are studied and effective breeds that have probiotics included and double encapsulated to make sure it makes it into your gut. I think the people who are complaining may have such bad gut disbiosus that theyâre having a hard time dealing with good Microbiome bacteria.

Iâm giving this product 5 stars for doing what it says it will do in the first few days.Today is day 5 for me.Iâm still only taking 1 per day.I donât know if I will ever get to 2 per day.Iâm still experiencing some gastrointestinal pain.Bloating and gas is worse than before I started taking Seed. However Iâm pushing forward with the product because I want to have a healthier gut.I think that I will continue with only one pill a day. I usually respond well with less dosage of most types of medication. As Iâm not someone who needs a full dosage in most cases.Iâm following a keto diet and only eat one meal a day most days.Iâm hoping that the gastro issues will subside soon as Iâm afraid to leave home right now because of the cramps and gas pain.Iâm doing my daily walks near my home instead of going to the park where I usually walk because Iâm not wanting to go too far from home.I hope to give a more positive update in a couple weeks.
