Better than expected.
I absolutely love this automatic self-cleaning litter box, which is suitable for medium and small cats. After getting used to the app, it’s incredibly convenient to use. It requires a 2.4G WiFi connection; it does not support connections with 5G WiFi signals alone. The litter box has features for identifying and weighing cats, as well as sterilization, but it’s not recommended for larger cats as they might have difficulty using it due to their size. The weighing function needs to be placed on a hard floor; if there’s a soft carpet or uneven ground, the weighing feature might not work. Additionally, the sterilization lamp is located inside near the trash can and can only be activated via the app after the trash can is installed, which is probably to protect the cats as it’s not visible at other times. The litter box operates very quietly, but my cat was initially a bit scared of the automatic rotation and hesitated to go in. I placed the old litter box next to the new one and filled the new one with litter, then turned it off and let it sit for a while. Gradually, out of curiosity, my cat became familiar with the new litter box and started using it. Overall, it’s a fantastic product that solves the problem of cleaning the litter box when I’m away for short trips. The box also comes with 2 deodorizer and a roll of 20 count trash bags, which I change about once a week, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this automatic self-cleaning litter box; it has been a huge help in my life and my cat’s. Thanks to the excellent product manager.

A GREAT product that comes with exceptional customer service
I bought one of these in December of 2024 and was immediately impressed. The set up was very simple, the App is really nice and the cats all seemed to like it. Our cat litter use was immediately reduced by more than half. Even with multiple cats, the refuse bin is large enough that it takes a few days to fill. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought a second box at the beginning of January 2025. This one had some operational issues… I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and received a response within a day. Tech support walked me through some trouble shooting until it was determined that it was a factory issue. They stood behind their product and promptly sent me a replacement unit along with a voucher for free waste bags and deodorizers ($50 value!). I waited to post this review until the bags/deodorizers arrived. Now that they have, I can say that boxes continue to work great and I would 100% recommend this product.

Great purchase- only for small cats
So this is the first litter robot I have ever purchased and I can say that I will never go back to a traditional litter box situation. After doing several hours of research, I landed on this one due to the price point along with reviews. All in all, I think this is an awesome purchase, especially if you have multiple small cats. The app is super easy to setup and use (you do need WiFi) but it even allows you to set up profiles for your cats so you can track how often theyâre using the bathroom. The weight sensors are great because they ensure that it wonât clean while a cat is inside. It keeps the smell down and both of my cats ( one of which is super picky) took to it pretty quickly.So hereâs the reasons it loses a star:- it is really difficult to put litter into. I have to pour litter into a dust pan and then put it in the littler box because the opening isnât large enough to pour directly into.- you need to have small cats. I have two cats that are on the smaller side and one still has to put his paws on the ledge while using it, but if you have small to medium small, then it should be okay- while a clean look from far away, it is obvious some cheaper materials were used, as the plastic cover doesnât line up flush and sticks out a bit.All in all, I think this is a good purchase if youâre looking to try out a litter robot, and I would purchase again but be aware of the details listed above!

Works, clean, and well used
Iâll start with the fact that it isnât the easiest to fill or empty, but since we have it tucked into a corner, that also doesnât impact us much at all. The big reasons we got it was because one cat already used the litter regularly enough to need cleaning twice a week, and boy was he stinky when he did. Now with a kitten as well, we only have to clean about weekly and itâs helped with the smell so much. Note, we didnât change litter. We already were using a compatible type. Itâs also very quiet, so the cats got used to it quickly. The kitten especially took to it right away and has been perfectly safe in it, which is great since he gets really fascinated by it when it runs. Huge quality of life improvement and definitely worth the price!
