This set is a one time purchase with no more need of parchment paper. It doesn’t require any, or very little, maintenance. It is a really handy and simple method of loading and retrieving breads to and from the oven. Fewer burned fingers.

Not sure about the flaps.
Using these for dutch oven bread. The smaller fits my 6 qt pot nicely. I decided to cut the flaps off 1/2 way. Otherwise, they end up baking into the rising top. I would have liked a smaller version rather than the larger. My cast iron pot is pretty large at 6 quarts. I’m not sure what size pot you’d have to need the larger one, but I won’t be using it.

Produkt kommt in 2 GröÃen und ist anscheinend bis 250 Grad i.O. Messungen, ob irgendwelche Ausdünstungen stattfinden, konnte ich nicht vornehmen. Löcher in den Griffschlaufen sin nur aufgedruckt. Ich verwende das Produkt, um meinen Brotteig in den Brotbacktopf zu heben.
