Fantastic product
I purchased this item not for baking but with the hopes it would solve a problem I was having with my chihuahua. She is 15 and has weak back legs and only a few teeth, so eating was a problem she was sliding all over the floor. This mat is excellent quality , it sticks to the floor without moving, the size and thickness is perfect. PROBLEM SOLVED wipes off easily and the floor stays clean.

This roll up bakers mat is a great tool and helps contain the mess of rolling and cutting doughs. I ordered exactly the counter depth for my kitchen, so messes didnât spread to adjacent surfaces or end up on the floor. Plus , the measurements on the mat are so helpful. No more floury ruler!

I wish I’d bought this sooner!
This mat is perfect! I have struggled with not having a large enough work surface to roll dough. This turns my dining room table into the perfect work space. It’s completely non-slip, easy to clean, and my dough didn’t stick. It’s so easy to gauge dimensions with the ruler marks and guide lines.

I’m from the era of those stiff plastic ones that rolled up, and skidded all over the counter when you were working with them. I was skeptical of this thing and expected to hate it and return it, but I wanted to give it a try. I have been really amazed. I bought the white with the red print and it is very easy to see, no concerns in that regard. I’ve used it many times now and it has never disappointed. It sticks to the counter nicely, which is helpful in rolling out dough. A couple times I haven’t had to add extra flour because the dough wasn’t sticking to this mat. I’ve done sourdough, challah bread, biscuits, pie crust, cinnamon rolls…I can’t remember what all and I’ve done some of those more than once. I really have found the mat to be much nicer than my old one. I bought the larger one and washing it is a challenge, but I’m figuring that out and that’s my problem not a fault of the mat. Storage is much more simple than the old plastic version, fold this up and it takes up much less space. I did cut on it with a knife once, very gently, and didn’t damage the mat. I don’t think I’d recommend that and don’t plan to do it again, I was careful to barely get to the bottom of the dough. I have generally used something dull, such as my bench scraper or another similar tool, and no damage to the mat. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Great Mats. Wish Iâd got them sooner
I didnât know I needed these mats. I am cooking a lot and always looking for ways to keep my countertops clean so itâs not a big chore at the end. These make cleanup a breeze. They are the perfect thickness to work and they lay out flat. They provide great protection and donât slide. They are an absolute must for baking and prepping food. They work really well and a neutral color allows them to fit in without looking out of place.I really like the measurements which make it a great value for the cost.

I absolutely love this mat I had to order a second one!! Such a great value for the money! It works perfectly! Love the large size to be able to roll large amounts of dough and cut for large orders to fill my large orders at once as this one offers a large baking capacity space. Great for rolling out pizza dough.
I always used to freehand my pizza dough and eyeball the diameter I needed. I only got it right half the time. I bought this to make sure the dough is consistently the proper size. And it makes clean up super easy. Came in handy for all the Christmas cookies too.
